Wonderful Experience

From the moment we walked into Clarendon Gallery in Exeter the whole experience was wonderful. Chloe was so warm & welcoming, extremely knowledgeable & interesting to talk to. We spent some time looking around not necessarily with the thought of purchasing that day however we found a piece we loved.
We collected our artwork this Saturday and again had such an enjoyable time. It wasn’t just collecting a purchase it was a fun experience and absolutely down to Chloe’s hospitality, professionalism and fun personality. Thanks for the fizz Chloe, we had a great hour with you & will definitely be back.
Oh nearly forgot to mention our spaniel was made welcome too the afternoon we collected our artwork and he loved it too!

Exceptional Customer Service

The customer service and after sales care has been exceptional.
Rarely have I ordered from a company with such efficiently and genuine care for their customers. There was a small issue with a product however this was rectified so fast and without any fuss. The speed with which they e-mail a reply is incredible.
I will be ordering from Furnwise again.

Customer service very efficient

Customer service very efficient. I had a small issue but it was resolved so quickly and efficiently.
The products are very good quality.

The delivery service wasn’t great, unfriendly and abrupt to be honest which is unfortunate but I got my items at the end of the day. Just spoils things a little. Hence 4 stars instead of 5
I highlight this because it annoys me the way some delivery companies behave, they are representing the company you purchase from and that doesn't do them any favours.

Customer Service from Megan exceptional

Pooky products are very good quality, great choice of something a bit different that look fabulous but above all I keep shopping there because the customer service is a cut above. I had a small issue, I ordered the wrong lamp. Nothing was too much trouble for Megan to sort, efficient, friendly & unbelievably prompt service.
A refreshing change from many companies stressful online shopping experiences.

Absolutely astounded at this company!

Absolutely astounded at this company!
My advice is simply avoid using this company. I have never left a review like this about a company to this extent but they are the single most disorganised company I’ve ever dealt with. I’d go as far as saying they are trading on false grounds, in my opinion. That is open to interpretation however what they lead the customer to believe with their marketing is far from reality. I have had a previous really bad experience earlier this year and left a review here, after a few months I decided to give them another try. This time things are worse. They have been telling me on the phone for nearly 4 months that they are moving warehouse! Not a wise move if you don’t have the staff or capacity to make that a smooth transition. If you are unable to fulfil orders then you should holt sales until you have caught up instead of carrying on trading and taking customers money knowing full well you will not be able to deliver.
I was promised 3 weeks delivery time, (which is a stretch for 1 small item) I have now been waiting 6 weeks for this item I ordered on the 30th October. This simply isn’t good enough.
I couldn’t get through on the phone so I e-mailed - I have received an auto response saying we’re too busy to reply please see our website for help! I’ve tried phoning and they have yes wait for it - CLOSED THEIR PHONE LINES. This can’t be an acceptable business practice?!
Cox and Cox You have my money - please return my money immediately, I don’t want the goods any more. I can’t speak to you about it! This is FRAUDULENT. By the way the only reason I ordered is because the item was showing as in stock and it still shows as in stock on your website today.
One thing I will say is whenever I have spoken to any of the sales team at Cox and Cox they are lovely, friendly and apologetic. This is not their fault but the fault of the Owner/Directors and senior management who are running a shambles of a business and I imagine the team dealing with customers are extremely embarrassed. I do feel for the staff having to cope with this.

I left a review almost a week ago, you responded asking for more details which I gave but nobody has been in touch. I will elaborate… Aside of the issues with current orders I made an enquiry reference a new sale, I was asked to put the enquiry on an e-mail to your senior customer experience manager & after sending 2 e-mails both with no response over the last 10 days I’ve given up.
I am speechless about the whole experience.
