Shaun turned up well on time and serviced our boiler and gas fire. Very thorough and discussed his findings etc as he went along. Offered help and advice, very personable and professional person. Good price too, compared with Brit Gas Homeserve which we had used for years but had experienced a gradual decline with their service. Happy to recommend, we have rebooked for next year

Sean was very good. The whole process was a breeze.

A text was sent before he was due to arrive stating an ETA and was the same as agreed when I spoke to them.

Sean insisted on keeping his face mask on even though I said he didn’t need too and sanitized his hands upon arrival.

He talked to me at each step explaining what he was doing. He didn’t rush and tested everything prior to leaving.

He has a can do attitude and his aura is friendly and approachable.

I would use them again for future jobs I need doing.

Very good service. Kept us informed of times of arrival, delays and the costs for doing each stage of the work. Explained what he was doing and why. Went out of his way to fit us in with a 7.00am appointment so that we could have heat and hot water. Highly recommended.

Well, the previous reviewers have been lucky. Sean and Bay Plumbing came recommended to me. I rang first of all; was asked to put my job in an email (as phone signal was poor). I obliged with a relatively informative email detailing the aspects of what was required. No reply. I called. I texted. I wrote again. I texted again. I think it's fair to say I was very patient and said from the off - as Sean was having a gap to do work on his own place - that I was prepared to wait, because, in addition, I have been 'shielding' (on the Govt.'s list) and I wanted to wait till we're emerging from the higher levels of coronavirus. But I didn't want to be totally overlooked! Sean did reply to a couple of my follow-up messages but that was to say he'd be in touch, but, no, after all that (my multiple 'chases'), Sean has never got back to me about visiting and pricing the job.

Very happy customer. Sean fixed my boiler & it’s great to have hot water & heating running again. Great service.

Had Boiler Serviced, Plumbers turned up bang on time were friendly very efficient and speedy GREAT JOB all round perfect

So impressed our boiler was leaking and over the phone they told us how to stop the leak, then arranged an appointment to come and replace the part which was broken. Excellent customer service and lovely people, with prices which are excellent compared to other companies around which quoted ridiculous prices. They also explained everything clearly once the boiler was fixed, giving peace of mind. Thank you
