Stopped sending emails to remind me to order my prescriptions hence Im not getting my prescriptions on time .

We are sorry to hear of the recent issues regarding the notification system.
As an alternative, you may wish to request an automatic repeat prescription through your GP surgery. This can offer a more convenient and consistent way of receiving your medication, especially for items that remain the same each month. Automatic repeat prescriptions are typically set up for 3, 6, or 12 months,
Please note that these prescriptions will still need to be renewed. We recommend contacting your GP to renew once you have approximately 2 months remaining on your current automatic repeat cycle, to avoid any delays.

Ilse Jacobsen not worth the price you pay

Got this coat for my birthday after 1 wash the seam tape has peel off i didn’t expect that for the price of the coat when I contacted ilse Jacobsen they said I had to return it to the shop it was purchased from but as it was a gift I wouldn’t know which shop it came from it has there logo on so it’s made by them company passing the buck on
As it’s been two months now and your only just replying if you had taken the time to read my post you would see I don’t have receipt as it was a present from my mum who has now past away so taken it back the shop isn’t an option that’s why I got in touch with with you directly back in May

Two washers and pouch pocket fell off…

Two washers and pouch pocket fell off only bought on the 10th September 2024 for what you paid very cheaply made not very happy. My grandson spent his birthday money on this top same on you
After numerous emails and pictures sent was told the would arrange collection of the sweatshirt and would get back to me when item was returned.the item was picked up and returned two weeks ago “no email to say courier would be calling” haven’t had a refund or credit with this company so have gone through the bank. No disgraced with this companies attitude towards customers complaints

Bought base headboard and mattress from…

Bought base headboard and mattress from Bromborough two weeks later the mattress has gone from 1499.99 to 1079.99 what a rip off made in Britain ripping the British off. I rang to complain and was told once delivered the price can not be altered. Up date just had a phone call regarding my review on here from bensons for beds offering 100.00 off my next purchase from them. Told them thanks but no thanks will not be buying from them again. Companies are ripping us all off we need to stand together on this if I could send the bed back I would.

And I order items on the 4th December 42.00 which has gone down too 29.00 a rip off

poor holes jacket when opened…

poor holes jacket when opened offered 5.00 form JD as I had a already put it on my grandson as it was for his birthday that day. I sown the holes up but then I washed it and it was bobbly. not very good quality at all. I have pics but will not let me upload
