Completely agree with previous poor ratings. Even as a Premium client (have been paying 60 EUR/year for about 20 years, sadly) you get what I would call an unhelpful customer service, with their technicians obviously assuming it is day one you as a client are dealing with a PC a/o website.
I don´t mind them not having modernised their site, and I don´t care about any of their offers other than the email handling. Can only say customer service for paying clients is APPALLING.

Great customer service plus delivery. Ordered a mid- price internet radio/CD player from TELEROPA. They had transcribed my initial address incompletely, an issue which one of their members of staff took on immediately as I highlighted it and it got resolved. Delivery (to Portugal) prompt and without further issues. Highly recommendable business!

Very efficient and friendly member of customer service (Kiara), who sorted the mess sixt had created by deliberately changing pick-up location from HH airport to HH ST. Pauli.
Prompt and helpful chat service, would recommend and book again through vipcars...

Last message was from November 2019, where I posted that Wellindal was tricking people into buying items from their website which they have no intention to deliver (personal experience).
Asked for a refund they "confirm" that the refund is A) being organised (claiming there are issues with their finance Dep. causing a delay), is then B) on its way and should get into the account in due course (when it isn´t) and then C) stop communicating alltogether, without refunding anything either...

Would suggest to AVOID using their website and purchase elsewhere instead...

Ordered a total of 4 items from their online shop, 3 of which were (based on their confirmation email) meant to arrive LATE, and arrived early instead.
The most expensive item which was meant to arrive EARLY still has not arrived (despite the alleged delivery date having passed).

Sent them 2 emails, no reply so far.
Tried to call customer service today, apparently busy (if I was to believe the recorded message).
What sense does a customer service make if it is actually nonexistent or unavailable?

Another update:
Exactly 3 months after ordering from Wellindal I am still waiting for product or reimbursement.
It is about 4 weeks that I received an email from support worker "Daniel" stating he is "profoundly sorry about the inconvenience caused" and that they -Wellindal- had a problem with their finance Department and ...well, we/I have read all this before. And nothing, absolutely nothing has happened in the past 4 weeks, or shall I say 3 months.
will keep you updated should anything happen, until then would strongly recommend to REFRAIN FROM ORDERING ANYTHING FROM WELLINDAL...

Update:
9 weeks after ordering from and paying 166,30 Euros to Wellindal for 3 items only 2 if these have arrived in meantime (covering a value of 37,90 Euros).
Repeated reminder and complaint emails to Wellindal have hence still left me short of 128,40 Euros.
Got emails back from (fake?) Wellindal support personnel called Daniela Fernandes and Guillermo, promising I would be refunded "in the next 14 business days", to no avail at all.
WORST online seller I have come across, suprised they are allowed to continue their FRAUD and ILLEGAL business practices??
Can only repeat my warning to fellow online shoppers to STAY AWAY from WELLINDAL...

SCAM, FRAUD, online THEFT, as most of the people say,
Pretty website, after you order they tell you the most expensive of the ordered items is not available and offer to cancel and refund...refund never happens.
And if you then tell them to deliver the ordered item (weeks later, when it should actually be available) you will still neither get refunded not receive the item...
In line with most of my fellow reviewers I would suggest to STAY miles AWAY from ordering online from wellindal...
