Inefficient customer service

Ordered a total of 4 items from their online shop, 3 of which were (based on their confirmation email) meant to arrive LATE, and arrived early instead.
The most expensive item which was meant to arrive EARLY still has not arrived (despite the alleged delivery date having passed).

Sent them 2 emails, no reply so far.
Tried to call customer service today, apparently busy (if I was to believe the recorded message).
What sense does a customer service make if it is actually nonexistent or unavailable?
