If there's a problem, Customer service is bad

UPDATE AFTER REPLY. CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE, LEFT ME IN CHAT FOR 15 MINS, DIDNT HAVE A CLUE SO THE REPLY BELOW IS SIMPLY A TEMPLATE ANSWER FOR COMPLAINTS. I WONT EVER USE SNAPFISH THE SERVICE IS AWFUL


I paid £6.99 for the quick delivery. It said l would have it for 5th July, then when l received the email it said up to 9th July!! Why would l pay £6.99 for a weeks delivery service. I contacted customer service chat, the first person just ended the chat the second person wasn't any better. Ive used snapfish for a number of years but as soon as l receive this order l will be deleting my account. Mainly due to the shocking customer service l experienced.

I do not recommend this company. One of the worse customer service dept

I've ordered from Pet Planet for a number of years now. I've had 2 issues, the first issue was a couple of years ago, and the 2nd issue was a delivery I received today. Basically 4 x dry dog food 7.5kg each with a best before date of July 2025 so 4 months to use which isn't great, I normally get a year or more with my order at Pets At Home (I go between Pets At Home and Pet Planet depending on price however won't be using Pet Planet again). Having contacted customer service, I must say how unimpressed I am with them. The first time I had an issue I wasn't impressed and it hasn't improved so I have therefore decided I won't be using them again. You need good customer service when things go wrong, it's all very well when things are delivered with no issues, however, the minute things aren't quite right and you call them they aren't good. They offered to return the pet food, no apology, an explanation which isn't correct and I have to repackage and leave out for collection. Between the 4 bags its 30kg which I can't lift and the time and energy it takes to repackage etc I can't be bothered which I'm sure they are counting on. I like to have a 6 month supply of dog food so I'm organised and not running last minute, that shouldn't matter, you should get dog food with a very minimum of 6 months I would even say a year on dry dog food !!!!! I did offer to keep 2 of the dry food at a reduced cost as I didn't want to pay full price for an item with such a short shelf life, however, I was told no and they had organised Yodel to pick up next week, a date which I haven't even said is ok and I have to repackage and they will then refund if all ok on arrival. I can't recommend as it's the last time I will use pet planet. Dealing with someone called Kirsty who has no customer service at all!!! Just be wary and check dates of best before if you do order from this company and don't expect good customer service if anything goes wrong. I'm less than impressed.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND O2

I have been with o2 both business and personal for 20 odd years. As soon as my contract expires in 12 months lm out. They are awful. The customer service is awful. They don't understand what your asking. It's just an awful experience. They have now cut off my phone. I am still awaiting a reply from my complaint from July!!!! Absolutely disgraceful. I cannot wait for my contract to come to an end and go with another supplier. Loyalty means nothing to o2. I don't recommend at all

DONT SELL TO THIS COMPANY

After my brand new bag l was selling with them went missing for weeks they eventually found it. They put the description on the website completely wrong. I eventually said enough was enough and asked for my bag to be returned. I have just received it and looked inside to find marks and what looks like food or rust !!!! A brand new bag never used. Thankfully l have pictures before it went to the handbag clinic to prove the bag was immaculate. It looks like when the bag went "missing" it was actually used. It no longer looks brand new. I am appalled and disgusted. I've asked them for answers and await a reply. Please don't sell your goods to this company this has been a really bad experience for me.

Not Recommended

I sent my bag to sell months ago. It got lost. They found it. Eventually about a month ago it went on their website. I recently checked to see the details were inaccurate. I contacted them. They apologised and said they had updated the details and it was a mistake blah blah blah. On rechecking it's still not correct. Can noone at that company check things are accurate etc. I'm appalled and l honestly just want them to send my bag back. I am very worried however that's it's been damaged in the weeks it took them to find it.!!! Absolutely don't recommend this company!!! And l want my bag back!!!!

Will not Use Again

I'm so annoyed and disappointed. I use the white company when friends have had a baby which l did on this occasion. I asked for all items to be sent together in a gift box with a message. The white company instead sends the items on different days without the message in one and not gift boxed!!! I'm absolutely livid. What a waste of money. So now we've had to contact the couple and tell them we sent them 2 presents but the white company instead of sending them as a gift have split them into 2 deliveries and the couple didn't even know who had sent them !! I won't be using the white company again !! That cost me time and stress and wasn't exactly the look l wanted when sending a gift to friends. The excuse when l phoned was they are in the middle of moving and it was send from their 2 different locations. So basically ignore what the customer bought and paid for.!!!! Disgraceful service and customer service who offered to refund the £5 gift box !!! Better than nothing l suppose but not much!!! I don't recommend after this service

UPDATE as you can see I received a reply below on 22nd August. I was asked to supply my mobile and someone would call to discuss. It's now 5th September, noone ever bothered to call or follow up on their email. Disgraceful service. I won't use this company again. Obviously just wanted people to see them looking at reviews as if they were taking it seriously but then just not following up !!! ZERO STARS

DO NOT USE GOLDEN GENIE

Do not use this casino. It may seem OK as it does let you withdraw the first couple of times albeit you have to contact customer service etc and the withdrawal process takes they say from 7 to 21 days. I withdraw on 22nd June and as at middle of August still waiting, customer service say the usual template answers, be patient etc etc, the emails lve sent go unanswered. I've now given up and put it down to experience. Hopefully my bad experience and most of the reviews on here can stop someone signing up to these less than reputable casino.

Awful company

Awful company. Terrible customer service. I advise anyone not to sell there designer handbags to them. They don't answer emails and for myself I'm weeks down the line and no sign of even getting a reply to my emails. I have reported to trading standards and will be reporting to the police.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Just had an awful conversation with a lady named Katie. 5 years trying to change my name to my married name and apparently according to Katie my marriage certificate doesn't state my change of name!!! I'm not sure if she's just not trained or else .............. I sent this is 3 years ago and still trying to get my name changed. Its absolutely basic. I have raised a complaint, I would like the telephone call listened to before complaining further to financial ombudsman.

DO NOT USE TO SELL YOUR DESIGNER BAGS

I am absolutely appalled by the customer service with this company. I sent my bag of on 25th June to be sold. I eventually got an email saying they had received it and I've been waiting since 11th July to find out what's happening, I've emailed for an update but have had no reply. I would not use this company to sell my designer bags again, I feel given the lack of communication I've been scammed.

Do not even bother using this company

Do not even bother using this company! I used in the past had nothing but problems with missing items etc. I mistakenly or stupidly decided that l would try them again and guess what? No box turned up, apparently it went missing. I have asked for a refund and l won't ever use them again.

I don't recommend

My first order from Roofing Megastore was fine albeit delivery times to Scotland is very long. Unfortunately we didn't measure our project properly and was 1 corrugated sheet short on each project. I had to reorder and pay the £200 delivery fee which I took on the chin as it was our fault for not measuring correctly. 6 weeks later the 2 sheets arrive damaged. Long story short, they have suggested if l keep the sheets they will give me 40% off of the sheets but still charge me the delivery fee of £200 so basically l get £50 off the sheets but l still have to pay full delivery? So l pay full delivery to have 2 sheets delivered damaged to me? Where does that make sense? I won't be accepting 40% off the sheets and have asked to have undamaged sheets delivered to me. I could have used the sheets but cut the damaged part off etc but lm not going to do that and pay full delivery. They have informed me this will take another 5 weeks to have replacement sheets delivered. At what point does Roofing Megastore realise that this isn't acceptable l wonder. From this experience l can't recommend and l won't use again.

Careless Delivery Driver Broke My Door

Basically the horrendous rude careless delivery driver tipped cases of water over the doorstep and snapped off a piece of my door. I'm absolutely livid. I'm now dealing with the resolution team who take days to come back to me each time and have now asked me to get multiple quotes and they will check with their manager whether they will pay it!!! Trying to work and look after my family and home and they now think ive time to contact tradesman to get a quote that they may or may not pay! Ive went back to them to say they can organise for it to be fixed. No reply as yet. Do not order from this company because the money l saved with my shopping its going to cost a fortune to fix my door. Absolute appalling disgusting service.

Returned a dress that did not fit

Returned a dress that did not fit. Not sure how many weeks later and still no refund. I’ve contacted customer service several times. I’m unimpressed and although I’ve bought from chi chi London several times l won’t be buying again as this has put me right off. Hopefully I will get my refund soon or I’ll have to go to my bank to make a dispute costing me even more time. I would avoid this company.

So far my experience of sending parcels…

So far my experience of sending parcels via yodel and even receiving parcels have not been positive. Nothing to do with the courier, it’s taking a long time to go through the system and actually get to the stage of “out for delivery” one of the parcels I send has now taken over a week and still not arrived - according to the tracking 5 days “in transit”. Not impressed at all with Yodel and will be reviewing whether I keep using them.

AS BAD AS EVER

AS BAD AS EVER. NO POINT IN CHANGING THE NAME AS IF YOU DON'T GET THINGS RIGHT THEN THE ISSUES WILL KEEP HAPPENING. 2 SUPPIERS I PAID FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY, THE MORNING OF THE DELIVERY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING AT THE DEPOT, BUT THAT WAS IT - NO DELIVERY. DON'T USE EVRI IF THEY CAN'T DO NEXT DAY DELIVERY. THERE WAS OBVIOUSLY AN ISSUE GETTING A COURIER TO DO THE DELIVERY. SO ANGRY!!!!

Avoid Using!! I received the wrong order and can’t get a return and refund.

I ordered splashbacks, I received 1 splashback that was correct and the other 2 were completely different splashbacks!

No one answers the phone, emails go unanswered and over a month later nearly 2 months now they eventually arrange a courier to collect and refund only problem is courier doesn’t turn up and no one has answered my calls or emails since ! I have now raised a dispute with my bank so hopefully it can be resolved this way. It’s caused a whole lot of issues for me as I had arranged joiners to come and they had to go out and purchase the proper splashbacks which cost me their time!! Not to mention I’m out quite a few hundred pounds which is just not acceptable.

I could not recommend this company, my advice would be to steer clear, don’t use, avoid. Extremely unprofessional, no customer service at all. I’m so angry and frustrated and stressed with it all.

Avoid for many reasons …

I’ve eventually received the £65 skirt l ordered. Its so disappointing. It’s supposed to be a size large but is more an extra small. It’s just not good quality and it’s come from China. I would never have paid that price if I knew it was crap I was buying!! I’ve asked for a refund but I don’t hold out much hope as the customer advice is awful. Please avoid!!
