Will not Use Again

I'm so annoyed and disappointed. I use the white company when friends have had a baby which l did on this occasion. I asked for all items to be sent together in a gift box with a message. The white company instead sends the items on different days without the message in one and not gift boxed!!! I'm absolutely livid. What a waste of money. So now we've had to contact the couple and tell them we sent them 2 presents but the white company instead of sending them as a gift have split them into 2 deliveries and the couple didn't even know who had sent them !! I won't be using the white company again !! That cost me time and stress and wasn't exactly the look l wanted when sending a gift to friends. The excuse when l phoned was they are in the middle of moving and it was send from their 2 different locations. So basically ignore what the customer bought and paid for.!!!! Disgraceful service and customer service who offered to refund the £5 gift box !!! Better than nothing l suppose but not much!!! I don't recommend after this service

UPDATE as you can see I received a reply below on 22nd August. I was asked to supply my mobile and someone would call to discuss. It's now 5th September, noone ever bothered to call or follow up on their email. Disgraceful service. I won't use this company again. Obviously just wanted people to see them looking at reviews as if they were taking it seriously but then just not following up !!! ZERO STARS
