still haven’t received my order. Have contacted customer service who say they will issue a tracking number, that was over a week ago and nothing.

I would not recommend and would tell anyone to avoid ordering.

ZERO STARS

Day after day after day, “we will deliver your parcel between 3-5” then “no delivery delayed expect it the following day” and the same the next day. Appallingly bad parcel service and no way to contact customer service. I do not know why anyone keeps using this service. Still no parcels. The amount of time I have wasted chasing companies etc, it’s time Hermes were fined or something to either get them to provide the service or people stop using them.

Worst parcel delivery service I have…

Worst parcel delivery service I have had the misfortune to use not that I use then but the companies I have made orders with. My parcels are missing then some “delayed”. So fed up of wasting time phoning companies to get replacements or find out where my parcels are. Not sure why companies keep using them. Awful.

So many parcels missing or “delayed”

There are a number of my parcels gone missing and some still in transit or “delayed”. I am fed up of wasting my time constantly phoning companies to get replacements or trying to find out where my parcels are. I am unsure why anyone still uses them. Awful awful awful.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

I’m still waiting on a frame I ordered and after paying £6 and contacting customer services I’m told it’s been delivered to a UPS access point nowhere near my home !! I’ve asked for a refund or for it to be delivered to my home but I get no answer to this just that it’s been delivered to a UPS access point and this is what I asked for!! I did not ask for this why would I and why would I ask for an access point in another town !! Please avoid this company l will never use again I do not recommend and it’s more stress than it’s worth. I only wish I’d read the reviews before ordering

Extremely unhappy customer

Extremely unhappy. After 11 days waiting for the V5 so I could change to a private number plate and having called the dealer several times as well as email, I call DVLA myself to be told the V5 hasn’t been done online. It would also be good if things that were promised were delivered like the reg plates I was promised but didn’t get. Wasted my time emailing and phoning. Some of the time getting a response. Most of the time not. I have bought all of my cars from Arnold Clark for years and this is the first time I’ve had to do a negative review. If a mistake has been made then it’s rectified very quickly in this case it’s hasn’t even been checked ! I had to do it myself

One of my parcels seems to have “went…

One of my parcels seems to have “went missing” albeit the supplier says Tuffnells have a signature (which is a different name and it wasn’t delivered to me as I was in when they said they delivered it). Now I have to wait to see what’s happening . The supplier is investigating it etc etc, doesn’t help me
As I’ve now got a missing parcel (very expensive item). I am really not happy!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I made the mistake of ordering two dresses in March for the summer its now November and after a lot of emails back and forth l received one of the dresses in August but the other one is nowhere to be seen and it’s now November!! I’ve emailed them again and they say it’s on the way !! Do not order from this company !!!

I always love shopping in Barclays…

I always love shopping in Barclays Diamonds Livingston as the staff are so nice and friendly and are always very helpful. Helen is always accommodating and I’m always happy with my jewellery I have purchased. I must admit it’s one shop I am always happy and comfortable to visit. Highly recommend.
