Uisce Beatha tshirt was good quality and nice colour and I was pleased with purchase. I would have liked better packaging maybe tissue paper and card to keep purchase in shape. . I would like to see more variety of tshirts on the website. Would buy again!

We had a fabulous day out with Elena to Peneda-Geres National Park on Wednesday. Elena made it a day to remember and catered for our small group extremely well. (Grandmother, Mother, Sister, Brother and grandchild - i.e. mixexd ability.) The treks were short enough but the highlight was swimming in two lagoons that were absolutely stunning. The village and history walk and talk much enhanced by lunch with local ingredients enjoyed in authentic surroundings. Wonderful taste of Portugese countryside!! Highly recommend this tour and Elena is an easy going, knowledgeable guide. We loved it!

My parcel arrived (postage free) very promptly. Items were in their lovely individual sturdy ready to gift. All packaged well in a larger box. I am particularly happy with my purchases as they are items I wouldnt normally buy for myself but they were such great value and so reasonable that they are a gift to me. Such lovely pieces and I am delighted I treated myself. . I highly recommend Tipperary Crystal! Lovely practical items that will be used.

I bought an item some months ago in Arnotts and found it unsatisfactory. I wrote to them by email last night hoping that I may get a response but not really expecting anything positive to come from it. Fergal looked after me in DID this morning. Not only did he bring my purchases out to my car, but he also chatted to my dog who was sitting in the front seat. I love getting looked after when I shop and it makes the whole experience a much more pleasant one. I have been shopping in DID for my appliances and other electrical goods for many years. It really makes a difference when staff are nice and the service is excellent.

Alan and Buen took away my old furniture (2 couches) which had a lifetime of debris in it with great humor and efficiency! They were fast super workers. It was a great relief that they were so helpful and good at their job. It wasnt easy!

Harvey Norman respond almost immediately to Customer Service emails. . They do what they say they will when they can and are a pleasure to buy from. Their delivery men are extremely nice and ring beforehand and are helpful with delivery too. I will shop with Harvey Norman again.
