Difficult to make payments and get a…

Difficult to make payments and get a proper response. Had so many attempts it locked me out.
Took 3 days to sort.
I had to bear my soul and tell them I am disabled and needed proper help as was worried I would be charged late payment. I wanted to clear my small account.
I will never ever use this system again. Or recommend it.
