I don’t know what is going on with them. They tell you they can’t deliver when it’s been delivered, or they give you another date and it doesn’t arrive.
Fed up with hearing delays because of Covid.
They did so well during last years lockdown and until recently .
When I hear that Hermes are delivering I wince.
The drivers however are very cheerful and respectful.
