They sent me the wrong product

They sent me the wrong product. I ordered a Listerine without alcohol. I looked carefully in the description to be sure that it was without alcohol. And they sent me one with alcohol.

I sent them an email asking for a solution with prints of their website showing their description (no alcohol in the ingredients) and the picture of the product which was different.

2 days later they reply to me that they don't know that existed athis product without alcohol and when I checked their website was now fixed. (They fixed the ingredients but not the picture which was still wrong.)

Basically they tried to trick me into believe that I made a mistake but there was prints showing that I was right.

Now I'm waiting to see if they will give a return label of they're going to make me pay for the return....which is also pretty bad!

Wij begrijpen dat het vervelend is wanneer een ontvangen product niet overeenkomt met de verwachtingen. Graag willen wij echter een kleine toelichting geven op de situatie.

U heeft een variant van Listerine besteld waarbij op de product pagina niet expliciet vermeld stond dat deze alcoholvrij was. De variant waar u naar verwijst en waarvan u een foto meestuurde, betreft een andere versie dan degene die u bij ons heeft besteld.

Om verwarring in de toekomst te voorkomen, hebben wij inmiddels de informatie op onze website aangepast. U heeft daarnaast van ons een retourlabel ontvangen, waarmee u de bestelling kosteloos kunt retourneren.

We hopen hiermee te laten zien dat wij uw klacht serieus nemen en direct actie hebben ondernomen. Gezien de geboden oplossing begrijpen wij uw conclusie in de beoordeling dan ook niet helemaal.

Mocht u nog vragen hebben dan horen wij graag van u maar we gaan er vanuit dat het naar tevredenheid is opgelost.

Idk how you can have some vitamins and…

Idk how you can have some vitamins and minerals there, and chips, like how do they stack together?U_U
But I gotta say this, the selection itself is pretty vast, I have got myself some magnesium and omega, and all was great - sealed and no damage to the package. Also ,it was over 20 euros so they shipped it pretty quickly, from this sides- they are pretty good. Quality service, good work.

My package was lost by DHL courier but…

My package was lost by DHL courier but the company claims that it was delivered. 2 weeks of discussion with both DHL and shop are without any effect. I lost the money and no one is willing to settle this.

I'm very sorry that you experienced it this way. You indicate 2 weeks, but 6 days ago I received an email from DHL that the package had been delivered. I have sent this to you and we have started the investigation further.

We never let customers pay for something that has not been received, so neither should you. The result has now been announced to DHL and we have refunded the amount to you.

I am sorry to see that you rate us this way, but it is of course entirely up to you.

Waste of money and time and bad experinice

I placed an order on 21 May 11:00 PM
At 24 MAY DHL it is deliverd . I didn't recieve anything .
Asked all my neighbors none took it instead of me .
No delivary note were left for me .
Customer service says dhl gps tracking say they went your location .
No single details if they give it random neighbore or not I also live very close to the DHL Point so it is 100% were close to my house .

Finally they say I don't have legal right for compensation .
Well I don't care about compensation it was a urgent hand brace for my wrist and I did order from a different supplier and recieve it on time , bad experinice try to avoid them .

You contacted us after the delivery person indicated that the order had been delivered. As a result, we contacted DHL to have this investigated. They looked at, among other things, the GPS and the statement of the delivery person. The delivery person has stated that it has been delivered to you and the GPS confirms this. We never let customers pay for something that is not delivered, we have only shared DHL's results with you where they indicate that they will not refund.

Products match the Description

They deliver but not on the next day when you order before 23:00 as stated on their website. Also no option to choose a delivery courier, always using DHL.
Products match the description and the prices are friendly.

We are sorry to hear that the link to the returns form on our website did not work for you and that you are therefore not satisfied. I don't see that we were contacted about this. It is a small effort to send the return form to you by e-mail. In addition, there is no obligation to complete the return form. The point is that the returns department knows who the package came from when receiving the package and to whom they can refund the amount. A handwritten note with your details is also allowed!
