Contrary to website claims

Contrary to website claims of a 'next day delivery' increasingly we are experiencing deliveries that spans up to a minimum of four or five days. The day we receive an email with a tracking code, tracking our parcel reveals that it was not yet collected by the courier yet but just registered. Another issue is that being a loyal customer prevents us from having the equal discounts provided to the new customers. Does that make any sense?

Hi Maxwell. Thank you for your review letting me know that you experienced a delay with receiving your order. I'm disappointed to learn this was the case as I can see we dispatched your order earlier than expected however the tracking indicates that the parcel wasn't delivered until the day after the estimated delivery date.

I am also sorry to hear you don't feel valued as a loyal customer. We believe it is in the best interests of our customers to offer long term low prices every day across our product range and so don’t run lots of short term discounts.

However, we do send promotional emails out to customers who have registered for our mailing list from time to time. I can see that you are subscribed to this service and have been able to take advantage of these codes in your last few orders. There is also a link to active promotions at the bottom of our website.
