I only used TouchNote to send postcards to friends and family members from a holiday my wife and I took in Sicily. Although a bit pricier than buying a postcard and stamp, it was much easier to send as it avoided the tedious faff of locating a postbox, plus the postcards arrived much quicker than had I sent them via the traditional channel. It was also rather the lovely to hear from people-family members mostly-how much they had enjoyed receiving what amounted to a glorified selfie of us posing in front of some awesome archaeological site, baroque building, delicious sunset or whatever else we had chosen as our backdrop. I am a total fan!

Excellent range of products at very competitive prices and great delivery times. We bought a replacement paddle for our Panasonic bread maker: it fitted exactly.

I arranged for a pick up at 11.15 am to get me to work (car was being serviced). It didn’t arrive. I rang ant 11.20 am and was told that I could wait for 10 minutes or book another taxi elsewhere. Since I start work at 11.45 am and live 25 minutes away, this was hardly ideal. I then received a message telling me that no driver had been assigned. I rang again and was told that I had to email and cancel my ride in order to process a refund, even though they were at fault.

Frustrating. Live chat is a bit of a joke (forget about talking to an agent). It took around 30 minutes to get through just on live chat. Rather like Uber customer service, those at Crocs seem to be dealing with multiple chats concurrently so I wasn’t even able to get a quick resolution of the issues I wished to raise as the lady dealing with my complaint seemed very slow to respond to these. This is an issue with Crocs management, rather than the long-suffering frontline staff. Even so, I was offered a 40% discount for my troubles.

Excellent customer service and an easy-to-navigate website which offers plenty of different options. The Harry’s shave is terrific.

Excellent service. We broke down on holiday. Our car was recovered and was taken to the nearest Mercedes garage and a hire car was organised for us while it was being repaired.

Arrived Sunday at 4.55 pm, just as the Banbury store was about to shut. Not that one could have known this as the help as was given was first-rate: given that I had zero oil in my engine and the young man who served me looked up the oil I needed and then went and found it, I am supremely grateful for this wonderful service. Sadly, I don’t know his name.

Although I have nothing to compare them with, the cost of the spares seems very high for the product and p&p. I paid £21.74 for 4 small replacement plastic retainers weighing 6 grams (this includes p&p). If you can get what you need elsewhere, I should probably look.

Great customer service-very helpful and they did not hesitate to contact me when there was a problem with the deliver (caused by DHL, not Military First). The pea coat I bought was new, not surplus, and is super warm. Just as well given the cold spring we have had in 2021. Both Military 1st and the pea coat are highly recommended.

Military 1st get 5 stars from me for two reasons. First, their costumer service is excellent: DPD had some difficulty finding my house and Military 1st took the effort to contact me and advise me that there was a delivery problem. This is a first! Normally, when this has happened in the past, retailers have taken the view that any delivery issues were not their problem. Second, the pea coat is excellent. Although US Navy surplus (it’s really a ‘deck coat’), it’s brand new (the rear vent was still stitched at the bottom). The coat has a great ‘boxy’ look to it and it’s 50:50 wool:viscose fabric looks like it’s 100% wool. It’s also really warm a d feels super plush to wear. All this for £63! You won’t find anything better or cheaper on the high street or online. It’s certainly a much better designed and fitted coat than the one Charles Tyrwhitt are selling for £200: I know because I ordered one, tried it and sent it straight back. You can only win with this great coat.

Great service, sensible prices

This is a really useful and helpful service which put me in contact with lots of different providers of party entertainment and event/party furniture. Organising our daughter’s 21st birthday party was made MUCH easier thanks to Add to Event.

I would use it/them again. No problem.
