Frustratingly slow

Frustrating. Live chat is a bit of a joke (forget about talking to an agent). It took around 30 minutes to get through just on live chat. Rather like Uber customer service, those at Crocs seem to be dealing with multiple chats concurrently so I wasn’t even able to get a quick resolution of the issues I wished to raise as the lady dealing with my complaint seemed very slow to respond to these. This is an issue with Crocs management, rather than the long-suffering frontline staff. Even so, I was offered a 40% discount for my troubles.
