Excellent Help

I have a first issue smart meter fitted by a previous supplier. This was unable to function for some time. I alerted Octopus and after a while they told me that that had been able to get it working. Looking at my bill clearly the gas meter had not registered and I contacted Octopus and after a short time all was sorted.
My problem was dealt with by Jessica T 🐙. She was so pleasant and efficient and took my problem on board showing full understanding. I hope I didn't spoil her holiday!

I have stayed with Octopus for yet another renewal as they are good to deal with and I have confidence in them not only from my experience but also because of’Which’ reports. Again a no leaving penalty although I cannot envisage needing it gives extra security.

Farewill made the whole process easy and took so much of the hassle away.
The will forms were easy to follow and I was able to make alterations between returning and signing with no difficulty,
It is good to think an annual review and correction is easily done.

Delighted and relieved to have had our plumbing problems dealt with so quickly and efficiently. Very pleasant people who left everything clean and tidy.
We are both very ancient, my wife very ill indeed so it was great that they were able to be here at the time we requested.

What a refreshing way to be able to…

What a refreshing way to be able to send flowers and how nice not to have to worry about the delivery. They came in pristine condition so carefully packed.
It was such a surprise for my wife who still cannot believe how such a lovely assortment of flowers could be could be delivered in such a manner. And I am still basking in the glory!
