I have a very small account but despite this receive very thorough advice whenever I need it. It is good that if I need advice I am not kept waiting but am answered quickly and pleasantly and am not rushed but am given the time I need to finish my query. Because my hearing is naff this is taken into account with extreme patience.

What a pleasure it is to deal with real people all so pleasant and knowledgeable. Also don't have to wait ages to be looked after. I have poor hearing and feel sorry for those sorting out my problems but they make nothing of it and ensure that I am fully aware of my transactions. So glad I moved to First Direct.

Clearly set out the way the next year's supply will be priced. Have been an Octopudlian for some years now and have found they are always good and pleasant to deal with.

I had expected more about the rearing and managing of the plants once they were sent out. Of course it was a very impressive set up. but having reading so much about the founders had hoped to see one or both of them.

The Corgi staff listened to my remarks and responded perfectly.

Although I had to wait a little longer than I wanted it was a busy time. When the engineer came he knew what he was doing and got everything sorted quickly and it now is working just the way it should. A good clean and capable workman.

A very pleasant answer to my call followed by a referral to a local expert who arrived three hours later, immediately got on with the job and sorted the problem. He was a good clean pleasant worker.

Although this time was excellent it raised questions about past treatments. Could they have been dealt with in the same way and saved a lot of money?

Octopus has been reliable and helpful throughout the last several years. The customer support has been exemplary

First 'at home' appointment rained off so rebooked at Autoglass site. When the day arrived work very capably carried out and had been updated on work.

I believe I have been a customer for nearly ten years. Probably the best move I made in my 70 years of banking - including 5 years working for the Westminster. The systems have changed somewhat!
My account runs so smoothly. When I need help it is available quickly and so pleasantly. My hearing is very poor but due note is made and the staff take heed and patiently allow for this. I wish the phone app could also be used on my iMac.
