Delivery missed
Flowers due on our 45th wedding anniversary did not arrive, despite an acknowledgement that they would. The due date was a Saturday and it was an open slot for the day, right up to 8.00pm. Despite my sending a number of messages on that day, Serenata did not reply until it was too late. Our celebrations were ruined, my gift to my wife being unavailable. The couriers tracker stated 10.21 to 12.21 eta, Serenata mailed to say delivery took place at 12.00 on Saturday.However their courier said they had a problem with their app, geo codes and delivery picture. (What an excuse, how else could they suggest delivery was 12.00). To date no further evidence has been provided and our Ring device shows no visitors for the day. Serenata have since said they would deliver this Thursday, better late than never I suppose.

The eye test procedure worked well
The eye test procedure worked well, I ordered two pairs of glasses as a consequence. I felt the choice was a bit limited. When I picked up the glasses I felt the assistant could have been more helpful in the fitting process.I did return to the store a few days later and had some adjustment made to the fit. At the time I also explained my vision using the new glasses was worse at distance than my older pair( distance test had not changed). I was told to give them a few days, hopefully your eyes will adapt and that you’re now using a different lens supplier??? Not happy with this feedback at all and will probably need to return to store again 🙁🙁🙁

Lost our order
Lost our order. The carrier sent confirmation of an arrival estimated date. This was vastly exaggerated. Eventually I found an E Mail address for Jack Wills ( no phone number provided), and they shipped a replacement but delivery took almost two weeks, and I missed the gift date.

Missed delivery
For the second consecutive time on two different rug orders Dunelm failed to deliver on time. On both occasions the order acknowledgement stated a “will be delivered by” date. On both occasions DHL were a day late. There’s no apology for inconvenience or any recognition of failure, just an E Mail giving me a new delivery date. Very disappointed.

Team arrived completely by surprise
Team arrived completely by surprise, we could have been out.
Team didn’t bring enough cable, so my preferred box position was not met. ( nobody told me this, I had to ask why they were screwing the box in the wall in the position they did).
Cable attached to top of house, great. But then cable tied to drain pipe!! Never seen this before, normally a bit more permanent fitting than this. But that could be todays standard, I don’t know.

Availability and delivery issues
Unfortunately there were some issues with our order of Fruit and Berry treat mix for our hens. The pack size we wanted wasn’t available, (1.2kg tub and 5kg pack), so we ordered 2 x 0.6kg at a premium cost. I’ve looked to reorder the larger packs and they’re still out of stock a week later. Delivery cost is based on next working day but our delivery was a day later. The parcel when it arrived had not been taped up properly and one of the tubs was cracked. Feedback from Natures Grub was inconclusive as to cause.
Completely out of the blue and surprised to receive a replacement 600g tub this morning. Thankyou Natures Grub!!

Paid the vet instead of us
Paid the vet instead of us, as has happened in the last 8 months with our dogs ongoing issues. Because of wife’s ill health I needed my name on policy too. Called them and thought we’d sorted it out only to get a mail from them today to start the process over again. Admin needs improving I’d say.
