Trees arrived to amended schedule and concern I had over quality was solved immediately with no quibble.

Good service, kept us well informed on shipping dates. One tree arrived with minimal root system but Yougarden agreed to replace, no quibble.

Nothing was too much trouble in what we’re challenging weather conditions. Dai and Ant also had to take a faulty suite away through our house with very narrow doors and access points. Very professional.

I called to discuss my power shower pump that appeared to have just given up. Salamander helped identify where I might buy a replacement and took time to make sure all fault avenues had been explored.

Delivery of main coop and accessories was on schedule, and follow up for replacement cable ties needed by writer was excellent.
Current issue with overdue order for accessory that keeps going back, but it isn’t critical to us, just frustrating.

Order arrived one day late to Royal Mails original date, but I’m getting used to their performance! Animed performed very well.

In store experience was great, wheelchair access not a problem with space between displays that enabled us to see all we wanted to. Sales people not too pushy but informative and left us to make our decision, knowledgable with any questions.

It’s been a few years since I was a regular at MCD, when we enjoyed great tasting hot food with the kids. Fortunately or unfortunately we don’t do this anymore, they’re too old to want to keep our company on their visits. But recently MCD was the only port in our hunger storm. What a disappointment and difference for the worse on quality, temperature, and burger. Value for money was terrible. I don’t think we’ll be going back. Does anyone else think the same?
