Incapable of refunding or even resolving queries

First order I placed took over a week to arrive, but did eventually.
Second order, cancelled after 5 days, no communication/emails as to why.
Did not refund order that they did not send, lack of response to query. Ignored communication.
Due to recurring poor reviews on here, Did not mess about and opened a bank investigation. Got my money back via bank investigation.
If you require any kind of refund from this outlet. Be prepared to do similar.

Buyer beware - Will not refund on non receipt of goods

Buyer beware. Not genuine Sainsbury’s. customer service. Fail to deliver order within the hour time frame then cancel order when on the phone, and then they think they can keep your money for 3-5 working days instead of refunding.

Left out of pocket with no order and unable to purchase goods from a reputable company

Customer service abysmal. Poor representation of Sainsbury’s by whoever dreamt up this Chop Chop outsourced service.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware.

Selling on The Range website

Ordered a bed that arrived full of scratches to the headboard paint and in a poor condition from Comfy Living.

There is an option on the website when complaining about faulty goods for receipt of faulty goods to return, receive a replacement part or discounted refund.

Faulty goods complaint then got gets sent to Comfy Living that proceeds to say the bed is out of stock, (Despite still selling it on their site) and I have to deconstruct the faulty bed and send back for a full refund.
This is not in the interests of the customer whoIs happy to repair the bed for a much cheaper option to the business (a discounted refund off the full price)

Seems happy to sell scratched beds at full price to customers but will not negotiate a satisfactory resolution with the customer.

Seems to think the only resolution is to deconstruct and return a heavy goods item and give a refund and leave us with no bed.
This resolution option was not right for us and could have been resolved a much cheaper and simpler way by repairing,

I guess they think the customer won’t go to the effort do this. Left with a very poor experience from Comfy Living. Will never look to buy from either company again.

It is not our intention to deliberately make things difficult, however unfortunatley your payment in this instance is through The Range and as much as we agree a part refund in this instance would have been the nmost ideal solution we are unfortunatley unable to offer this with order from The Range as they do not provides with the means to do so.

All goods come to us from the manufacturer brand new and boxed and we would not have been aware of any damages to the item and sincerely apologies that on this occasion your arrived in that condition.

Buyer beware - Faulty goods

Buyer beware. Ordered a bed that arrived full of scratches to the headboard paint and in a poor condition. Attempting to resolve, was met with delays to responding to emails (4 days response supposedly, day 9 and counting) There is an option on the website for receipt of faulty goods to return, receive a replacement part or have a discounted refund. This is not the case. Customer service lacking and does not wish to resolve with the customer. Their loophole? If a bed comes from another company (but is displayed on The Range website) they seem happy to not want to negotiate the right resolution for the customer effectively as the response is a bit “it’s not my department”. Seems happy to sell scratched beds at full price to customers but will not negotiate a satisfactory resolution with the customer as “it’s not their bed”. Seems to think the only resolution is to deconstruct and return a heavy goods item and give a refund and leave us with no bed. This resolution option was not right for us and could have been resolved a much cheaper and simpler way I guess they think the customer won’t go to the effort do this. Left with a very poor experience from The Range and will never use again.

I note that after being told that getting a spare part or a replacement bed is not an option as it’s unavailable. And that I can only send the whole bed back for a refund - (leaving my son without a bed to sleep in)
It is still being sold on your website….
I also note that the company that you are using to dispatch this product also has only a 1* grading on Trust Pilot.

Update to your reply - Incorrect, i am not dealing with the company directly. Neither are The Range by the looks of it.
