If I could give 0 stars I would! Ordered a double bed base frame upon delivery I receive a phone call saying ‘the bed is outside we cannot deliver to your front door’ I kindly explained I have a 6 month old and can not leave her by herself and asked if they even just bring it half way up so I could then drag it up to my front door. Delivery driver just replied NO in a rude way, didn’t want to help me at all. I was very frustrated on what to do next so I had to tell the driver to take it back. I am now bedless and VERY angry.
How dare you treat your customers like that, I paid for delivery I expect it delivered to my door
Very bad experience would avoid at all costs! You as a company have over 1,000 reviews and not one is good

I have just paid for a sofa an paid extra delivery to my door the guys tuk no cars in this an chipped all my recently decorated hallway an also I asked for either recipt or invoice as my proof of purchase the response bk was once id assembled it they'd look into this for me so I'm stuck wiv sofa if anything wrong wen assemble it an no proof that I've purchased it DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A JOKE

I ordered a single bed and then changed it to a small double,when the bed came it was a single,paid the money as my son said that was fine but the bed isnt worth the money and neither was the mattress it wasnt worth it they refused to contact me when I asked for a refund and blocked me on facebook ..

I am SO impressed with this gem of a company, I ordered an 11 Piece Cube Rattan Garden Furniture Set from Comfy Living Limited via The Range. The order was dispatched promptly, I did have two separate issues with a faulty chair back rest and chipped/damaged table top tempered glass panels, BUT on both occasions Comfy Living Limited were very responsive to both calls and emails (specifically I dealt with Holly and she was amazing). The team are very friendly and worked really hard to quickly send out a replacement and resolve the issues. I was really pleased with their work ethic and how organised and communicative they are. They're really easy to get in contact with (there was a paper slip in the furniture package with both their contact number and their email address). I wonder if some of these reviews have them mixed up with another company with a very similar name - Comfy Living Beds.
In any case, I would highly recommend Comfy Living Limited to friends and family and I'm really looking forward to enjoying my new rattan furniture set (if and when the weather picks up again)
Ordered a bed with mattress had to keep messaging them bed arrived yesterday the 23rd August after driver left i went to put the bed together noticed it didn't have feet at the bottom footboard and mattress was ripped totally cheap mattress contacted the company they said replacement mattress would be delivered today the 24th August messaged them numerous of times just read all my messages and not replys worst night's sleep I had in a long time I suffer from back problems so im now left with a ripped mattress and no response from the company

What a right mistake I made getting ripped of buy these idiots wrong bed wrong colour something they said was a mattress it’s like wool and it stinks they’ve blocked me everywhere so no 15 day return money back they want stopping there con artists and I’m ashamed to say I fell for it it’s disgusting praying on vulnerable people!!!!
I ordered a mattress on the 7th of July. I have not received it. When I contacted the courier they said it has since been returned to the seller. Kindly help me Comfy living as to whether I’m getting a refund or another mattress will be sent to me.
Terrible! Do not touch this company. My elderly mother is still awaiting a refund for £700 which Comfy Living have passed the buck on saying my mother has to contact her bank. I believe they are a fraudulent company. Avoid at all costs!

I would not recommend there furniture is poor quality customer services it 0 I asked for a discount and would keep it and give it to my daughter they refused.once you put it together which I did not know at the time it is impossible to dismantle. And could be damaged. I ask for them to pick up as it is they refused even thou I explained and it came in 3 boxs one was badly damaged so 4 parts would of had togo in a bag they refused. In the end I paid £35 toget it delivered to my daughter as she has small young children and it is more suitable for her. It hard uncomfortable and small and not worth the money I would make sure you check before you buy as aftersales and customer services is none exist stay clear of this company

I ordered two mattresses via the Range.
The delivery from fed ex was running a little late and after contacting the range I was furious about the Ranges customer service, so I contacted comfy living direct. After seeing all of these negative reviews I was nervous. However, the customer service I got was top quality and they couldn’t do more to help me. They knew I was desperate for my order and needed it as soon as possible. Unfortunately not everything goes to plan with delivery companies and it isn’t the suppliers fault. I got my order the next day. But thank you for the two ladies I spoke to as you gave me excellent customer service and I cannot thank you enough. I love my products and they are fantastic quality.
This has taught me a lesson regarding reading reviews and feeling nervous over a purchase. Please do not let the reviews put you off making a purchase from this company. They were great, quick to help and of course an issue caused by a third party is not the suppliers fault. I wonder how many people have had positive experiences but don’t leave reviews.
Thank you again for a great customer service your follow up calls and my products. I cannot fault your company at all.
Bought some garden rattan furniture from Comfy living LTD through B and Q website.
Furniture poor quality the instructions are useless as parts in packaging not labelled,the holes and screws dont line up and cushions of poor quality.
Contacted company for a reduction in price but they wanted pictures.Advised them pictures would not show anything as product now assembled and faults are not visible.
Only option given was to dismantle product secure all the items ,whatever that means,and return the product for my money to be returned which is not viable.
So my advice would be do not buy this product and be careful when ordering through the B and Q website as they are not interested as they state you have bought off a third party which I was not aware of.
Aggressive and unprofessional company, but first of all SCAMMERS!

Order my new guest bed was delivered Wednesday 25th June . All wrapped up the delivery man help my son upstairs with it and left with their money . On opening the packages it was clear it wasn’t the bed advertised on Facebook. It looks so cheap and nasty. Don’t even want it in my house, we are looking for an alternative. I have rang and left a voicemail and no return call, tried to put a message on Facebook I am blocked and tried to message on messenger and I am blocked . Please don’t waste your money. I am very angry.

Delivery was notified on the day at 9:41am saying any time between 8am to 7pm. Was at work already and got back to home at 10:30. No news about the delivery since then until tracking on the courier website says it was delivered and signed by someone I don't know. Contacted and was told it probably was received by a neighbour --it's a heavy double bed and they said it was delivered to an unknown neighbour for me to find and remove depending on luck. It's appalling

Only giving 1 star because I can't give none. Ordered through both Robert Dyas and the Range. Received both email and sms telling me that the items, a sofa and a chair would be delivered the following day between 8:40am and 12:40pm, arranged for somebody to be here to deal with the delivery as I am a wheelchair user, they didn't turn up. After allowing extra time, I called fedex to be lied to about what was happening and was assured that they would be with me by 6pm that day. Didn't turn up!!! My helper wasted his only day off. Next morning, another notification that delivery would be that day, my helper asked his boss if he could use a days holiday, luckily, he said yes. Just before lunch, a van arrived with 2 boxes, 1 of 2 and 1 of 4!!! Later in the afternoon, a second van arrived with the remaining 4 boxes. On opening the boxes, we found 2 things, 1/ the stitching on one arm was undone, 2/ there was no handles on the arms to recline the seats. Eventually, we were informed that the reclining levers are inside, you have to put your hand down between the seat and the arm of the chair and sofa to recline them. This is not what is shown on the pictures on BOTH websites. Eventually, I was told that a return had been granted and both Robert Dyas and The Range informed me that pick up would be over a week later. I told them that as a wheelchair user, this was not acceptable as 6 very large boxes blocked my mobility. I was then told that they would be collected 7 days later, this was the earliest available time. Once again, my helper used his day off to help me, once again, they didn't turn up. There is a phone number for Comfy Living, BUT it doesn't connect, no surprise there!!! The range has no phone number so all done by email and Robert Dyas is yet another overseas call centre, both have been told that if these boxes are not collected today, they will be placed outside, on the front path and any damage caused by the weather, will be their responsibility.

Bought a bed frame on 3/11/2024. Within 6 months the bed has broken. Slats keep giving away, they were too short in the first place to stay in place. Item absolutely useless and currently sleeping on the sofa. The slats were far too short and ever since I've had an issue when weight is applied to the bed or I shuffle in my sleep the slats give way. I have put up with it however it is now happening every night. The plastic brackets have completely disintegrated which hold the slats also, the parts which fit into the holes have completely snapped and bent. I've tried contacting The Range several times but they are of no help. Could a replacement or refund be arranged? I cannot exactly provide photos of the damage as it happens at random but it is happening every night now.

Changed review after speaking to the actual company. Ordered via The Range. Paid for 2 beds, only one was delivered. Obviously as I ordered through the range I attempted to contact them which proved absolutely impossible they were so unhelpful and there was no way to phone them.
When I managed to get the details and speak to comfy living themselves (via phone) they were polite, helpful and very apologetic.
Will avoid ordering from the range in future and would go direct to comfy living.
