Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish! Bolt food is a disasterous app, wanted to order food to my home and the app chose my current address according to my current location. No chance to change the address afterwards, contacted driver, but he refused to deliver to my real address. Customer service is a total joke and weren't hepful at all. All I got from them was: Please be more careful next time you order your food. No chance for a refund. Requested to delete both my accounts with them and will never ever order taxi or food from Bolt in Malta.

Great Customer Service!

Great customer service!
Bought Cryptex from this company in Rome's DaVinci Museum. It didn't work properly and wooden key got broken, so you have to be really careful with it. After my initial review they sent me a WhatsApp number to contact them. I did and their customer service agent Lily took a great care of me. They sent me the product again for free, I just paid the postage, which is more than fair. The new Cryptex works perfectly. Sometimes it's just about a proper care. Thank you, Lily 🌹

They tried to charge me €79 for something, thankfully my bank declined the payment. still didn't get my boarding pass either, requested it via email. Hopefully it will arrive on time. Too much hassle, dodgy practices, simply not worth it. Will never use them again.

Really disappointed with Yesim

Really disappointed with Yesim. With a great signal, couldn't get internet connection many times, sometimes even for entire day. Tried to reach Customer service, it took them hours to respond and still no help. Had to switch to Airalo and no issues at all. Bought Yesim hoping it would solve my internet needs while travelling around US. It was not the case. Would not recommend at all.

So far so good

Verification process seems to be quick, customer support is very helpful and kind. But it's a "small potato" casino. Max bet on roulette table is €100, which is very very poor. Max withdrawal is €1000, not sure if its daily or weekly. Hopefully not monthly. And it's still pending, so it's not quick either. They might be ok for players who seek more fun than winning big. And they'll give you extra bonus, if you leave a nice comment about them. I think I just found the reason why there are so many nice comments about them :)

This casino is a joke and I hope authorities will make a right decision after this. They are trying to convince me I'll get my winnings, so let's see what happens after they exhaust all their time.

The most unusual casino website & app ever! Signed up out of curiosity, put some money in, played roulette and won. Then weird things started to happen. First of all, to verify your account they ask you to not only send a proof of identity and payment, they actually ask you to pose with your ID and credit card next to your face! Never heard of that before. Ok, done that and lets see what happens next. Verification took roughly 24 hours, which is not that bad. But what surprised me most, was when I checked my casino account, the entire winnings were still on display, even though I asked for a full withdrawal. Then I checked my payment history and that's where another surprise was awaiting. My winnings were divided into €400. So if you win €4000 it will be divided into 10 €400 withdrawals. Each withdrawal takes up to 48 hours to process (as I learned), so don't be surprised when you complete your entire withdrawal within few weeks! But that is not all! Even with your withdrawal request, you can still play with all the money on your account!!! So if you placed a withdrawal request for €4000, you'll be still able to play with €4000 without any restrictions or warning! What an amazing trick for those impatient or compulsive gamblers. Never seen anything like that in my life! So far I managed to withdraw €400, expecting another €400 today or tomorrow. And will keep you posted what happens next. It's definitely not a fake casino, but their T&C's definitely raise concerns. And I would definitely be afraid to put higher amount of money in. Let's see what the casino's response will be and will my withdrawals be processed. I'll keep in touch and good luck to you all.

Got an email: Your package has been delivered!

Got a text message that my item would be delivered in the morning after 09:30. So I was expecting knock on the door, waiting and waiting...and suddenly email from DPD arrived: Your package has been delivered! So I replied: No, it wasn't. Can you please advise where your driver left the package? No response. Called my supplier, who contacted them as well with no response. If this is reliable service, then I am a Prince of Egypt. Absolutely shocking service!

Pure Thieves!

They are making up reasons why not to approve your withdrawal request. That's No.1. No. 2 you can only withdraw €1000 a day, €4000 a week, if you somehow manage to get paid. The communication is dreadful and promised them to trash them on every single review website and to report them to a Gambling Commission. They are thieves and as such they need to disappear from online gambling. Avoid them, don't deposit any money here. You won't get your winnings!!!

WOW!

Yet, another genius move from Party Poker customer service! I asked to be self-excluded from Roulette, as I usually lost there my winnings from Poker. But some 'genius' decided to ban me from all games on their site :o)) even though Poker for me was just fun and I never lost more than few euros, I even won some tournaments. Now there's nothing they can do about it, because it's irreversible. Would you believe it? If every company was that sensitive about their players there would be no gambling on this planet! Are you guys having a problem with…

Are you guys having a problem with withdrawals? It's been 72 hours since my withdrawal request and it's still in process. Never happened before. Wrote email, no response, texted customer service, was told they are looking into it. Something's not right here.
Update: After another few hours and 1 more email they finally paid me my money. Not a word of explanation why this has happened. Thought this was a decent company, I don't any more.
