Can see clearly I’m not the only one…

Can see clearly I’m not the only one having issues with blue light discounts.Applied with all necessary documents. Paid my money, emailed with an issue heard nothing. Not even if I’ve been accepted or not.
Understand if high demand is the issue but an automated email and then nothing cannot just be a demand thing. Sorting a persons issue surely isn’t going to take that much time. I was told by a friend that your process was quick and painless. I must be one of the unlucky ones, cause you certainly not quick and it’s very painful. Please reply to my email.
