So, I wanted a new barbour jacket. Reviews had suggested to go up a size to ensure a good fit. So, I ordered my normal size and one up, to ensure I got the right one. In due course I received both jackets and one of the 'free' offers. So far, so good.

I then tried to ring (several times) to confirm the return process - the phone is not answered and there is no voicemail. I emailed, but there was no reply. Having consulted the 'Returns' page, I followed the instructions returning the unwanted jacket with tracked delivery on 09/10.

I have heard nothing, no acknowledgement, no refund - nothing.

On 13/10 I sent another email with proof of delivery requesting the refund, again nothing.

So, here I am, trying to reach out to the company - please engage with me and refund the returned jacket before I instigate a chargeback via my credit card company.

What you failed to mention, the coat we cancelled was not in stock, the price review on our website was for coats that you had no interest in buying.

I ordered a barbour jacket which is £63. Then they replied me they have to cancel the order because they are sold out.

I think this is a problem that the stock of website is not updated promptly.

I finally bought another one from them.

I ordered a light wax defence jacket - it was dispatched and delivered next day by DPD. The jacket is perfect and the helpfulness of Red Rae was oustanding. I can certainly recommend this company- Johnny even texted me regarding delivery- great service. Thank you.

This is the second time in a year I've used redrae to order Barbour jackets.
They always have plenty of stock and all the popular sizes.
On both occasions I needed my items quickly and both times they were despatched Royal mail Special delivery at no extra cost to me.
I live in the remote NW Highlands and always amazed at the efficiency of this service.

Wanted to place an order for a Barbour Hampton Jacket shown on the website as in-stock. Had a couple of quick questions before ordering... NO response to phone calls, NO answerphone, NO reply to emails. No surprise I did not go ahead with an order! Disappointing.

Ordered Barbour Corbridge Jacket, arrived 2 days later, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, once I returned it they sent a replacement straight away. Couldn’t find this cheaper anywhere else, service was spot on. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered a Barbour Navy Blue Shovelar Waterproof jacket yesterday, 11th Feb and it arrived today 12th Feb, very good price and really pleased.

There was an issue with my Barbour jacket and although not the fault of Red Rae they immediately asked for the jacket to be returned. Johnny could not have been more helpful and not only covered the cost of postage but replaced the faulty stud.
I would highly recommend this company.

Horrendous. Sent two emails to inform them of faulty jacket and no response.

I ordered a Barbour Beadnell ladies wax jacket on Thursday afternoon from Red Rae website. I rang them on Friday to enquire about a matching hood as I couldn’t find one on their website and spoke to Jonny who included the hood in my order at an additional cost. My order was delivered today 2 days after I placed the order. The jacket is perfect in every way. Absolutely brilliant service & good price with 20% discount. I cannot understand the negative reviews about Red Rae. Personally, I would highly recommend.

I ordered a Barbour Beaufort jacket on a Friday afternoon and it arrived on the Saturday at lunchtime. Very impressed at the speedy service from Redrae & also the product that arrived. Will recommend to friends. The price I paid was much less than what I'd found in other stores / online.

Ordered a Barbour Corbridge Jacket, the price was the best deal online. Service was excellent ordered late Saturday night and received the jacket by Tuesday morning.

I placed an order on November 6th and paid via PayPal. Subsequently, on November 13th, I was informed that, despite the website stating free worldwide shipping, I would need to pay an additional £25 for shipping to Italy. I made this payment as well, but since then I have not received any response to the numerous emails I sent on November 14th, 18th, and 29th, as well as on December 2nd.

On December 5th, I finally received a reply stating that the matter would be checked, and I was provided with a tracking number. However, 20 days later, the shipment is still untraceable. This item was intended to be a Christmas gift, and I find the way the store has handled the situation completely unacceptable.

Lowest prices on Barbour jackets and fast delivery. Great service!
