Awful customer service

Awful customer service, order placed 3 weeks ago and still have not received my product. It is not worth the stress and time wasting emails to follow up with them as the customer service is seriously lacking. Wish I had gone to Shark

Honesty the best delivery company I…

Honesty the best delivery company I have used. I don’t normally leave reviews but these guys were brilliant, the communication and updates were amazing and so prompt, they put some of the other big companies to shame.

No way to make contact to complain, they do not reply to the email address provided on Trustpilot. I would like someone to contact me direct please advise email contact
Edit- thanks for replying with email to contact, but what’s the point when nobody replies?

DO NOT buy from here

I should have read the reviews here before placing an order, however I trusted the fact they were linked to M and S that the sports edit are a reputable company. I was so wrong. I placed an order 28th Sept, after 10 days and no dispatch I contacted them to be told something went wrong, they refunded me and have a 15% discount. So I placed the order again, this time the order dispatched apparently but once again failed to turn up resulting in yet another refund and poor customer service. For anyone thinking of buying, DO NOT waste your time.

Excellent customer service

I cannot thank Baby B enough for their help in choosing the right Pram and car seat, they take time to demonstrate and show you a variety of models and allow you to try things out and be hands on. It is definitely worth shopping local and getting a more personal experience.

Thank you Paul Hogden TFTP

I was a customer with TFTP, I can honestly say the service has been excellent, they defiantly deserve my 5 star rating.

Paul Hogden was my claims handler, the service he provided was nothing but professional, he was upfront and honest every step of the way.

He did all the hard work for me, not only did I receive some money back, he has helped my friends and family also. I would recommend his team to anyone
