Thank you so so much to Anne-Marie (and everyone!) at Baby B! I first went to Baby B nearly a year ago before my baby was born. I’ve bought everything ‘baby’ from here since and will continue to do so! Pram, car seats, high chair, baby furniture, the list goes on! They literally are the most amazing people, give the best advice and will source anything for the baby. I’m a first time mum and was completely overwhelmed by the bigger shops. I found baby purchases and the amount of choice/information completely over whelming but Anne-Marie made the choices so much easier and managed to simplify it all for me and gave the best advice. Especially as most purchases/choices concern safety etc. So glad I came to this shop on the off chance. This shop comes highly recommended and I can’t say enough good things. They just take the stress out of the ‘shopping’ element of becoming a new parent. Amazing products, aftercare and lovely people. Can’t thank the guys at Baby B enough!

Absolutely amazing service such kind and friendly staff. We stumbled upon BabyB by accident when searching for a specific dummy for my Grandaughter(that she had lost) and they went above and beyond to get us the only one they had left in stock even when delivery our end failed and the dummy was sent back to the shop, they resent straight away.

I cannot thank the girls at baby b enough, they have gone above and beyond to make this experience exciting and stress free. They have been absolutely amazing helping me choose my pram and car seat and have all the time in the world to answer any questions and help you make the best decision. I am over the moon after picking up my pram, car seat and other bits today knowing that they are also there to help afterwards too. The team are so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable; I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Thankyou girls xx

Amazing service by a young girl this week (sorry can’t remember her name but wore glasses), she knew her knowledge on pushchairs and we didn’t feel pressured, she went through each pushchair we were interested in, and gave us her best advice, we only came to have a look at, as we are still early stages, but we will definitely be in to purchase are pram.
We need more of these shops as buying online you don’t get that after sales. Thanks again.

Amazing customer service. So efficient, friendly and helpful; couldn’t have asked for better service. There are a lot of markets out there for parents that can so easily be taken advantage of but these ladies are so genuine and lovely, I fully trusted their expert opinions immediately and thrilled with my purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and I received my buggy very quickly. Would 100% recommend.

So helpful with all the products and always happy to go above to show you everything and provide advise! I always feel so welcome every time I’ve been to the shop and they like to get to know the customers personally and remember us each time.

I can honestly say that I feel our entire “baby stuff buying” experience wouldn’t have been the same if it wasn’t for Baby B opening last year. Karen and Lorna are the loveliest and most helpful ladies you could wish for! We probably got 90% of the things we needed from this shop, from our pram down to dummies! Absolutely phenomenal staff who could not be more helpful or attentive. We were allowed to look/try at anything that caught our eye and they gave us a really thorough demo of the pram system we were interested in. We felt absolutely no pressure to buy and they even offered to help us safety/fit test a car seat if it wasn’t purchased from them - at no charge.
We’ve ordered our pram system and got a great deal!
Such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere I have no doubt we’ll be back in for some other bits and bobs and we have already recommended to a few friends!

I cannot thank Baby B enough for their help in choosing the right Pram and car seat, they take time to demonstrate and show you a variety of models and allow you to try things out and be hands on. It is definitely worth shopping local and getting a more personal experience.

Friendly and welcoming staff with a good knowledge of car seats.

Popped into the shop one afternoon for advice on a travel system, Lorna was so helpful and friendly and showed us a selection of prams. We were able to test them out in the shop and practice collapsing and unfolding them. Nothing was too much bother for her. We went back in a couple of weeks later to purchase our pram and Lorna recognised us when we walked back in which to us showed the extra care and attention, part of the reason why we then bought the travel system from them as well as wanting to support a local business. Highly recommend Baby B

Baby B has been my favourite place for baby shopping since the day I found out I was pregnant! Karen and Lorna are so friendly, knowledgable and chatty - it’s always a pleasure to shop with them. Baby B has a great range of products and plenty of great advice too, even during lockdown they helped me assemble my pram. They even checked over my pram once I had put it together, and helped me steam out the creases. I don’t live particularly local to them, but I will always make to journey to shop with them as it’s a joy to support their small business.

Absolutely amazing shop with wonderful staff. Myself and my partner popped in to look at pushchairs and we spent a long time deciding but did not feel rushed at all and certainly didn't feel pushed to buy like some other places. We were shown every detail and feature of the travel system we liked the most and Lorna even got out the pram part from out the back to show us how easily it converts. Both myself and my partner used the demonstration chair so that we were sure we knew exactly how the carseat and isofix base worked and we know we can go back anytime for a refresh and just for them to check we have fitted it right which is an amazing service. We chose to put a deposit down on the travel system as it was currently on offer and wanted to secure the price. While in store we saw so many lovely bits that we can't wait to go back and buy. The service was so great that we intend to go back and order our cot and everything else through BabyB as it's a much more personalised experience. Thank you so much for making this so memorable for us!
