Overpriced and way more complicated than it needs to be. Have to log in to access ticket. Login didn't work and luckily I discovered it before the event. Changed password but had to remember to take the password with me just in case. Tried to see if I could just print out the ticket but the automated "help" was useless.
I have not recieved product yet but already upset. I try to NEVER buy from China and they make it sound like it is in US. I just did tracking (and it gave a ridiculous date of 2 years ago) and it shows it is coming from Hong Kong. Very upset.

I would give them less than zero if I could. I purchased tickets through them based on information they gave me which turned out to be incorrect. When I told them that and SHOWED them the misinformation I asked for a refund. This started an endless chain of emails back and forth, with them asking me for the same info and screenshots over and over again. They finally said it was non-refundable, although their FB messenger person said it was only refundable within 3 days and I asked for the refund within 2 days. The tickets went through GoldStar who was nice enough to say that they WOULD refund me, so they credited back the tickets to Groupon who KEPT the money rather than crediting my account. Now I have to go through the hassle of filing a small claims court complaint for $56. (But I will NOT let them get away with this.) Just SO unscrupulous! (oh great, NOW after more than 30 days, and dozens of emails, and printing out pages of documents...NOW they want to "look into it." Asshats.

This company is so dishonest. Over and over they say the kettle I bought is stainless steel, but the place you WANT it to be, inside where the water is, is PLASTIC. They say BPA-free but that doesn't matter. All BPA replacements have also been found to be toxic. And I needed to return it to them. Between what they charged for shipping and what return shipping would be, I would be IN THE HOLE to return it! Never again. Very sleezy company.
They have good prices and a nice selection but shipping is way too slow. You can pay $5 more for expedited, but you may only get items 1 day sooner. At other sites I can get free, FAST shipping and good prices
Not sure where to begin. Just a huge problem since day one. First there are words movavi put in, like "amazing titles" that I can't seem to remove. Second, when I tried to edit I ended up with picture on picture and music was then either too long or too short. SO time consuming trying to fix issues and now I can't even find where to go to try to edit it for one final time. Hugely disappointed in purchase.

I have been with Bonanza for several months, and even with really low prices I have sold nothing. In fact,I am in the hole, because I accidentally opened a store during the first couple days of being on the site. I got no help on how to do things and when I realized what I had done I contacted them right away and asked to close it and get my $20 ($25?) back. I clearly had done it by mistake and tried to rectify it within a day, but they wouldn't budge. STILL have sold nothing.
It was stupid to change the name. I have used ebates for years. won't remember rakutan. now it doesn't come up automatically. you changed something that wasn't broken
