I only just ordered and alread pissed off

I only just ordered, but then I had to sit through a 15 minute (or more!) video telling me not to close the window as this woman yammered on and on about how to REALLY make it work, you had to buy yet another product. Just an incredible waste of my time, and something that should have been mentioned BEFORE purchase. I can't even tell you how long the video is because she is STILL TALKING. I could have gotten dressed, washed and applied makeup in the time she has been talking. I want to throw my laptop out the window at this point. Just absolute hubris to think we want to hear her talk on and on and on in what is basically another big sales pitch. So turned off at this point and regretting my purchase already.
