Laziness or incompetance

I had to specifically request that the toilet flush system allowed more water into the tank to enable efficient flushing. Why? The plumber clearly couldn’t be bothered. Then the seat in my cloakroom toilet was not closing properly due to me fiddling around with the fixture. Asked him to fix it but he then proceeded to completely break it . I will now have to purchase another. For all this I was charged £247. Very poor service

We are sorry that you were not happy with the service you received.

We have spoken to the attending engineer, he has confirmed that following his visual inspection he was not able to adjust as requested due to current fixture in place and that it needed to be replaced.

In regards to the toilet seat he has confirmed that due to the seat thats currently in place you are not able to screw from underneath . The seat you currently have is a quick release toilet seat and when this was removed it was confirmed that the right hand side latch was not working and was damaged before our engineers arrival.

You were charged £232.74 for the work that was carried out, this was agreed before the work commenced by the signing of the cancellation sheet. Please note we only carry out repairs once instructed by the customer.

My online shoes purchase

My shoes, ordered on line after seeing them in local Clark’s store. The last remaining shoe in store was not my size. Obviously these were very popular as there was only one shoe , size 5 D width available on line. I thought these would be perfect for me so placed an order. Very easy to place an order, and follow up delivery time &date via Evri. However, when shoes arrived to my home, their size was far too large. I returned these via my local Evri collection point, my village post office. Did not have to pay for this - wonderful. Clarks sent me an email when the shoes arrived back at the Clarks Outlet and that the money had been refunded to my credit card. What an incredibly slick operation that even I ,now aged 78, could journey my way through. Thank you, thank you. I have been purchasing Clarks footwear for myself and family for decades.

In my experience National Express…

In my experience National Express coaches always leave on time and arrive at the destination on time . How they do this with traffic in London, I’ll never know. The drivers always make me feel safe and relaxed throughout the journey. Huge thanks.

pressure problems with the boiler described the issues with my boiler…

I described the issues with my boiler with your adviser. He suggested a remedy which I had already tried but did not resolve the problem. Amazingly, an appointment was made for an engineer to visit tomorrow. I have been a customer of British Gas for over 50yrs and their customer service has always been first class.

Disappointment. The order process was very easy

The order process was very easy, however the voucher itself was extremely basic. Take a look at them! Would you send one to friends and relatives? No seasonal greetings or design. It was a Christmas gift voucher for my grand daughter who is a great fan of motelrocks. It would have been likewise for a birthday gift voucher. You should definitely some effort into creating designs for gift vouchers, as all other companies who sell vouchers manage to produce. I consider your attitude towards your customers rather arrogant. Very sadly.

I agree with all the reviews that this is a rip off, fraudulent organisation and should be removed from all websites. I stupidly ordered one bottle without looking at all the abysmal reviews. Without my knowledge, they put me on a monthly contract for which I have now paid 2 x £165!!!!. I have telephoned them twice to cancel any further gummies being sent to me. The second batch that was sent to me , I have now returned keeping the PO proof of posting. The only way that I could put an end to this was by cancelling my card.

Audiology appt

I was given a hearing test by Michael Crawley at your Cheltenham store even though I was at the store to order an ear plug, to reduce sound in my left ear. I suffer with high pitched tinnitus which I had managed very well so that it didn't interfere with my day to day life and no sleep problems. Mr Crawley insisted on carrying out another hearing test even though I had already had one at a previous appointment with a very nice man in Tewkesbury store. I specifically pointed out to Mr Crawley, NOT to put any high pitched sounds in my ears as this would worsen the tinnitus. He ignored my request, put loud high pitched noises in the ears with the ear phones. I now have a persistent extremely loud high pitched fire alarm going off in both ears. This has seriously affected my daily life and I now have sleepless nights. Mr Crawley informed me that his role within Boots was to sell hearing aids for the company, irrespective of customer health and safety. He advised that the £4000 hearing aids would cure my tinnitus. We all know that tinnitus is not curable. My life is ruined. Well done Boots . Profit at the expense of your customers is your sole aim - is it?

Coach journey to Victoria was made in…

Coach journey to Victoria was made in good time. Driver was excellent. The journey back to Cheltenham was not so good. Journey time was longer than usual at that time of day and the drive was not as smooth as usual . Driver was more erratic.
