Onboard Together, or maybe not!

Flight was marred by a passenger directly in front of me who was clearly drunk when he came on board.
Despite this the cabin crew let the passenger purchase more alcohol before finally refusing to sell any more as the situation deteriorated.
So much for the ‘Onboard Together’ policy.

Good competitive policy, easy to purchase

We have used SimplyExcess a few times now and are happy with the service. The rates quoted are very good compared to car hire companies and the cover is easy to arrange online.
I had a minor issue when I requested a slight change to the end time of my cover period, it took several emails to get the amended policy documents.
Fortunately we have never had to make a claim against our policies so cannot comment on that part of service.

Good trip

Flights were on time both ways and booking online was very easy for both the flight and hire car, so pretty good all round experience.

The flight prices could be more competitive as more expensive than competitors. Did not enjoy the cheesy onboard broadcasts, quite annoying after a couple of hours.

Good competitive car cover

Very easy to book cover and at a fraction of the cost the car rental companies would charge. Policy documents very clear about level of cover etc.
Fortunately I did not have to claim against the policy so cannot comment on that area of the insurance.

I have only been saving with Monument for a few weeks but very impressed so far. Very easy to set up the account online via the app which is easy to navigate. The interest rates on offer are competitive and hopefully they will remain so.

Energy Renewal

Renewed with Avro on a 12 month fix as they were still more competitive than any other offers on the comparison sites. The new tariff is more expensive than my current one but fuel prices have jumped considerably.

Easy to send the monthly meter reading and I have had no issues dealing with Avro over the last year - all communication has been by E Mail.

Great Banking

I have had an account with Starling for 6 months and am very pleased with the service.

Will we be able to make payments to Australia any time soon? Seems strange to include New Zealand but not Australia.
