Onboard Together, or maybe not!

Flight was marred by a passenger directly in front of me who was clearly drunk when he came on board.
Despite this the cabin crew let the passenger purchase more alcohol before finally refusing to sell any more as the situation deteriorated.
So much for the ‘Onboard Together’ policy.
