Positives: delivered within time window

Negatives: main box looked like it had been thrown down the stairs, then wrapped in clear plastic to keep it together, which causes 2 of the parts inside to be snapped. Came as 5 boxes, so after the first 2 were delivered I explained to the delivery person that I would move them upstairs to make room in the hallway for the rest. Only when they were all delivered did they explain they needed a photo of all 5. I said I would go and get the other 2 and bring them down for the photo - there was already mud in the hallway so didn't want them coming up the stair carpet. They ignored this, following me upstairs getting mud on the carpet.
