Knocked off bike by driver - terrible aftercare
I was knocked off my bike by one of their cars. Driver left without giving any details and I didn't get their number plate before they left. Contacted their customer services to be told apparently they have no information about which cars/drivers are working at any given time!
Emails were rude, dismissive, no interest to look into it all - as I didn't have photo evidence of the car to prove it was them they didn't want to know.
No evidence of any duty of care by the driver or the company, would not get in one of their cars
