Purchased lazy boy sofa

Purchased lazy boy sofa , arrived in October, heated seat stopped working in March reported took ages to get part only to be wrong sent out scs response 12 weeks for correct part to be delivered over £7,000 for a sofa not getting full benefits from , would not recommend buying from them in my opinion

Disappointing customer service

No customer service contract no , only chat or email, wouldn't resolve delivery issues we had , cancelled order gone else where not worth time of day , wouldn't recommend anyone to use

Absolutely ridiculous company to deal with customer service shocking, never complained switch over to new provider and have checked to charge yourself for the inconvenience 16yr with them wouldn't touch any service from them USELESS

Happy meal toys these days are absolutely diabolical, buy kids Happy meals then discussed with the so called toys presented, McDonald's need to pull the finger out and do proper toys like in my childhood

After sales service is terrible

After sales service is terrible, owned ranger for a year , ring up to book in for repairs under evans halshaw warranty, never can find on system claiming don't have extended warranty, hesitant to repair vehicle , would recommend another warranty company other then in house and take to another garage

Gone into administration and left out…

Gone into administration and left out copies of build the delorean, no notice from them or updates to say going under 1st and last time going threw hassle of trying to build a model ( anyone know who takes over to finish build would be appreciated)

App has paid advertisement and want you to pay extra to remove .. restricted my account with out warning everytime emailed got same auto email which wasn't any use .. used to be a good place to sell now it's turned to utter rubbish closing my account down and wouldn't recommend anyone use the selling site
