Excellent Aftersales Service

Ordered some sleeping bags at a really good price by the way, The courier failed to deliver the parcel & I couldn't get any joy from them, I contacted customer services at Trespass, Kathryn got right on it emailing the courier requesting information. I never arrived but Kathryn sent a new replacement out and paid for the fast next delivery as we were due to go on a little trip, couldnt fault her and today I am the proud owner of a pair of Jade sleeping bags, 10/10

Awful & Awful customer service

Awful & Awful customer service, they investigate the complaint find in your favour that you were supplied with the wrong product which had a different price on it, yet won’t give any reduction, tell you to tel it back to the store at my expense and once they have checked it give they will give me a refund. I would advise you to look elsewhere

Visited the Bury store yesterday with…

Visited the Bury store yesterday with my daughter for school shoes, very busy as you would expect but they had loads of staff on duty, I was served straight away by a delightful girl called Matilda, she was very professional, very patient and extremely polite 10/10

Shocking Business

Shocking Business! Took 3 Days to Tell me its out of stock, then offered me a 10% discount on next purchase and asked me remove review. Apparently they don't know if an item is in stock until someone from the warehouse goes to pick it, then I look at the other reviews it happens all the time. I bet Amazon are scared to death of this Mickey Mouse Outfit. There are far better places look elsewhere
