Get The Label 

Still waiting for a refund (been 2 weeks!) customer service number is not being answered! Shocking especially as I had to pay £5 to return the item. Would never order from here again!

I had bought a pair of junior Stan Smith recently and I have a bit of a doubt on its originality upon closer look. Searched the barcode and model number as well and it is a bit suspicious. Apparently I had noticed this after wearing it one time because it feels a bit off so I'm not sure of what to feel about it. Hope to get in contact with the customer service to clarify on this matter :/

Very poor on refunds,take ages getting your money back. But quick enough taking the money.

Shocking Business! Took 3 Days to Tell me its out of stock, then offered me a 10% discount on next purchase and asked me remove review. Apparently they don't know if an item is in stock until someone from the warehouse goes to pick it, then I look at the other reviews it happens all the time. I bet Amazon are scared to death of this Mickey Mouse Outfit. There are far better places look elsewhere

Very disappointed in this company, I had a missing item from my order.

They refused to send me a form via post expecting me to download/scan/upload a document. I am working from home with a mother who is high risk. I don't have access to a printer/scanner.

Shame I had to leave any stars. A minus star would be good. I have been trying to return a faulty item, fo days,web site wont recognise my name nor my account number and says I have never purchased anything (despite having received 3 orders, 6 items for which they have been paid.) therefor could not get a courier label, nor register the return.
Customer services not helpful ,As directed I filled in form for a label and to register return but nowhere can I submit either. I doubt anyone ever gets to return a faulty item. it seems like a massive con. When advertised as leather it turns out to be pu leather. In the future I shall avoid them like the grave. I was foolish. please be careful.

Absolute terrible service ordered something two days after they emailed me at at 22:30 saying that they have giving me a refund because they are out of stock but the day before they were still in stock wouldn't trust this website

Very efficient service & great to get contact regarding delay in delivery due to Covid 19 . Arrived safely , however, the slippers I purchased were slightly too big , unfortunately they not come in 1/2 sizes as I feel going a full size down would be too small fitting & it costed me €11 to return by post so afraid to order smaller size in case I need to return again. I am not sure of a cheaper way of returns to Uk from ireland .

Long delivery, but great customer service, after my call they offered return the money or resend the items. Finally items arrived, all good.

I am sorry to say I am not happy
I still have not received my order as of 21st May which I ordered on 12th May .
The service is not quite what I expected - poor!!
I probably won’t have it by the 29th as it was a gift for my son

my package was delivered to the wrong address even though my eir code was on the parcel.
