Very impressed.

There was a problem with the website on my initial order which resulted in me being charged 3 times however this was very quickly resolved, once I received the machine I was then told it would be over a month to get it installed but I could be added to a list of cancellations, within a day I was contacted and booked in for an engineer to come install my device so from order to installation took only 4 days in total! very impressed with the machine so far, the customer service can be difficult to communicate with due to the language barrier but overall they have been amazing and resolved all issues raised. would highly recommend. finally I can drink water that tastes and feels clean! no nasty smells and it doesn't taste like i'm drinking pool water from the amount of chlorine!

Very pleasant experience

From start to finish had a very pleasurable experience, the sales team mainly Naz was fantastic and every question I had they were all happy to help straight away and put my mind at ease. I would definitely use this company again for future purchases, after the sale was complete for my own peace of mind I took the car to a main dealer who gave the vehicle a full inspection and confirmed that it sailed through all these checks and all were green marks none amber or red. I had read some scary reviews but I cant say that I have had a bad experience at all and that is me being honest!! and I am one hyper critical person had there been a fault I would have said.

Stay away from this provider !

I wish I could have gone 0 stars !!!! Honestly please do NOT use EE for broadband it is a complete joke! Very very slow can’t stream anything cause of buffering and I live in a flat with plasterboard walls and the signal can’t travel through them so I can only access my WiFi from one room ! Tied into 18 month contract which really makes me angry ! Stead very clear !!!!!!

BAGLESS DELIVERY IS STUPID!!

BAGLESS DELIVERY USELESS I will now be taking my custom elsewhere im afraid, I live in a second floor flat and I have just spent nearly 45 minutes unloading my shopping in my hall because the driver made it very clear she was not carrying the crates upstairs, the driver parked and blocked in the car park so my neighbours were beeping their horns waiting to get out but couldn't because I was unloading my shopping then finally I get it all of my food out of the crates and I have to start all over again to get it into my flat and where it should be I can honestly say this is the worst idea EVER!!!

STAY AWAY!!!

Don’t touch with a barge pole ! They are terrible!
Literally I do not know how this company is still going! I talked my mum into switching to these and I regret ever mentioning it, if something is cheaper there is a reason !!! Customer service is non existent, they did not turn up to install and still billed my mum then told her if she wanted to cancel the switch she would be charged a cancellation fee EVEN THOUGH SHE HAD NO SERVICES!!!!!!
They then refused to allow the new supplier to take back her old phone number after all of this ! My mum is a pensioner and this is just appalling behaviour from a company to a vulnerable person!
Take my advice run a mile if they approach you!
