STAY AWAY!!!

Don’t touch with a barge pole ! They are terrible!
Literally I do not know how this company is still going! I talked my mum into switching to these and I regret ever mentioning it, if something is cheaper there is a reason !!! Customer service is non existent, they did not turn up to install and still billed my mum then told her if she wanted to cancel the switch she would be charged a cancellation fee EVEN THOUGH SHE HAD NO SERVICES!!!!!!
They then refused to allow the new supplier to take back her old phone number after all of this ! My mum is a pensioner and this is just appalling behaviour from a company to a vulnerable person!
Take my advice run a mile if they approach you!
