Good quality but took ages to arrive.

The website is great with a great selection of products. Ordering was easy and found exactly what i wanted. Lead times on website are completely wrong! the lead time for what i ordered was 14 days ...... my order actually took nearly 4 weeks to arrive! had i of known that it would be this long i would have ordered elsewhere. When i called to enquire about my order the first time after 2 weeks the lady was very rude and spoke to me really abruptly. The second time i called after 3 weeks the lady was great and couldn't have been nicer so i guess customer service is hit and miss. The actual product itself looks and feels like great quality and i am happy with it now it has arrived. Had to remove stars because of the points raised.
