I enjoyed the purchase of my new 3 piece suite. The showroom staff were helpful and patient whilst I was choosing the fabric. The range of fabric is amazing. The process was good as it was easy to track the progress of my sofa and I could see it was on target for delivery. The delivery information was outstanding and I was told regularly when to expect the delivery. The information was given in various forms including email and text. The delivery team were polite and respectful of my home. They explained how the sofa went together which was helpful in case I ever need to move it as it is a heavy sofa due to the electrics. Overall I would recommend SCS as it delivered my sofa on time and it is excellent quality. Exactly what I wanted.

I ordered a Siemens Tall Fridge and Freezer. They arrived the day after which was an exceptional time frame for such big items. The delivery team were very pleasant and professional. They rang me a couple of hours before they were to arrive to comfirm the time of delivery. The delivery went smoothly and the chaps even gave my grandson an AO teddy which he was very happy with. I was impressed with the whole process and the price of the items was very competitive with all other retailers I checked. The fact that AO offer a well priced recycling service was also welcome and I purchased this service as well. I would recommend it. I have bought items from AO before and have always been impressed with the service; this experience was equally great.

I wrote my will using Farewill. I was dubious how the online experience would be but it was good. My will is simple so I guess that helped.

I had 2 blinds fitted by Muz and am delighted. Muz was very helpful and professional. From choosing the correct blind for the window to fitting them with minimum fuss today, it has been a very positive customer experience.

I love my new blinds from Hilary's. The whole experience has been stress free. Muz helped us choose the right blinds for us. I ordered a size 16 and it was true to size. The order was delivered promptly and as I ordered two for choice I returned one to store and that was an easy process. I would certainly buy from Superdry again.

I order frequently from Allbeauty and my products are always delivered promptly and such good value for money. I like Elizabeth Arden and so many places don’t sell the range like Allbeauty.

I received my new washing machine today. It was delivered by Craig and Dominic HEYV201H. The service I received was excellent. They were both very pleasant and efficient. I even received a call 30mins before they arrived to let me know they were on their way well within the time slot I had been given. Great!
