I am still waiting for my holiday…

I am still waiting for my holiday insurance claim ref number 2471616..since 18 August.. . I have written on trust pilot before and had a reply from Davies group asking me to get in touch, which I have done now, over 10 times and I am still no further with any answers only generic replies...
I am now asking to escalate my complaint, yet still no reply... Absolutely appalling

Is there anyone ever willing to do their job properly and just help.


* I have phoned customer service.... Guess what.. Still no help at all.... Email to CEO just sent

Abi.. How can I get in touch with you in person. Email just goes to customer care.... And no one replies

I have written an email and obviously they just reply with a generic one. Not answering my query....

Will i ever get mmy deposit back

Another update.
Someone rang me saying they were harveys and were going to refund my deposit but they needed me to use my keypad on phone to put in all bank details, long number, sort code account number, number on back of card, expiry date etc, so they could refund me.
I didn't feel happy with this it didn't feel right
Phoned bank and they had never heard of this before.
Please be careful.
Number was withheld


Still no sofa 10 months on.
After so many phone call and emails Ive lost count. Empty promises from Harvey's.
Apparently they can't tell me If my sofa is even in the country or when it may arrive.
I've asked for my deposit back.
They said someone will ring me within 30 days. (well I don't think they will)
Hahaha
Oh you do make me laugh.

Goodbye deposit, my hard earned cash.
Shame on you Harveys

Where is my sofa almost 10 months wsiting

Well. Had a reply from Ben sons for beds gave me email address.
Guess what. It won't deliver resent 2 more they are undelivered too
Absolutely disgraceful.
Ordered sofa on 10th January.
I'm still waiting. I have been emailing and telephoning waiting on hold for hours at a time. Being promised that sofa is going to arrive, then told sofa still in China
Why can harveys just be honest. If I'm not going to receive it I would like my deposit back. I was told to ring another number to receive deposit back... Guess what, they don't answer.
You should hang your heads in shame...
