Stupid Push Notification

Having recorded the Euro final, unable to watch it live, I received a push notification from ITVX "It's just gone to penalties!" What a stupid thing to do, ruined my evening. If I was watching live, I would know it had gone to penalties.

James Wellbeloved awful new website

James Wellbeloved make very good pet food. I have had a subscription for over 2 years for my dogs main food (around £130 every 12 weeks) & she is both happy & healthy.
Recently they introduced a new website, which is a disaster. I wanted to postpone my next delivery by 2 weeks, which was easy to do before. I was only given the choice to pause for 12 weeks or cancel. I phoned the helpline, where a very pleasant lady told me that she was unable to help. Not wanting to run short, I left the sub as it was, which made today the order day. One of the items has been charged to my card, the other two have not & are showing incorrect pricing in “my account”. I want my whole order to arrive on the same day, as it always has.
The website shows a popup “we know there are some issues with our new website” I keep getting emails urging me to update my payment details even though I have done this. For 2 weeks I got a daily email in German.
Their parent company is Mars, known globally as one of the best managed companies. How on earth have they not sorted this?

The product is great & delivery fine. My problem is that my Antivirus (Bitdefender) immediately flags you up as a suspicious site. I am letting you know this, not as a complaint but just to let you know - this must be costing you customers.

Thanks for leaving a review. We'll have a look at this but this is not a common problem.

It sounds more like a set-up issue with Bitdefender here. As our site is powered by Shopify and has all the necessary security features. We'll keep an eye out for any other false reports. Though on testing multiple anti-virues and firewalls. I've not been able to replcate this over multiple devises.

Need a tech update

I so want to like the Coop Bank! I have a current account & a Regular Saver account - both work well & are good value. My Regular Saver has just matured, I wanted to renew it & did so via the App. What a clunky & difficult to use app to do this! Some screens couldn't scroll up so when the keyboard popped up the entry field was obscured. The Date & Bank Sort Code could only deal with one format so (not being able to see the entry box - see above) it took me 5 attempts to succeed. I am pretty tech competent & stubborn but many would have given up. Why can't the app populate the screens with my data? I was logged in!

I just renewed my Car Insurance by telephone, as I needed to add a couple of named drivers. The agent, Andrew, was extremely professional, helpful and easy to understand, which is often not the case these days.

Read this before you buy Sonos!

I have spent hundreds of pounds on Sonos speakers, in order to stream music from my large music library held on my Windows PC. This has worked admirably until now - Sonos has decided to remove this function with their latest update. This, at one stroke, has made my investment in their products a complete waste of money. Why would a company of this size treat their customers like this?

15 Minutes on hold

Just received my quote for renewal, I phoned them to discuss. 15 minutes (actual, timed) on hold, listening to the same annoying message. I gave up, they will probably lose my business. Shame, I have only made 1 claim in 2 years & gave them 5 stars for settling in full (though it did take a long time)

I paid for 1st Class, signed for. Letter was collected as ordered & conf email received. Tracking shows "an update will only be provided when we try to deliver the item" 3 working days later. The cheque in the letter has been cashed so it must have been delivered.

Great product, annual renewal problems

Firstly, the product is superb. Where they fall down is the annual renewal. A month before renewal date, I got an offer to renew at a discounted price, with the guarantee that the renewal will be automatically added to my existing time. This didn't happen, the renewal was treated as a new purchase and automatically activated, so I apparently lost these 6 weeks of cover. I then had to go through the hassle of a complaint which they did actually deal with (on the second attempt). Same thing for the last 3 years!!

I'm surprised to see the bad reviews

I'm surprised to see the bad reviews. I agree the "Goodboy" & "Pawsley & Co" are confusing & that they should sort that out. Nonetheless, their Rawhide Dog Chews are probably the best on the market at present - so many of the cheaper alternatives have really unpleasant chemicals lurking from the production process. Suki has had a plain Rawhide & a Chicken Coated one daily for more than a year & (fingers crossed) has a really healthy bowel movement.

Meaco Fan

I bought a 1056 fan last year and have just received my second fan, a 1056 Pedestal. These fans are a delight, almost completely silent, so powerful when you need it but also controllable down to a very gentle setting. Yes, they are pricey but if you can afford it, don't bother looking elsewhere - these are the best.

Dog Hotel in Shropshire

Shropshire, near Bridgenorth - If you have a happy, sociable, non agressive dog that you couldn't possibly leave at a kennels, check this place out. Several hoops to jump through to be accepted, ensuring no nasty dogs or dogs that would be unhappy. I regard that as a big plus. The dogs have freedom throughout this lovely isolated farmhouse & it's secure garden, various dog beds available throughout. Wonderful place

Great product, great Service

I have subscribed to both Lamb & Veg and Fish & Veg hypoallergenic kibble for over 2 years now. Suki loves it and her bowel movement has been perfect for a long time. I can alter my delivery dates easily, I get a discount & free delivery as a subscriber. Customer service is excellent. I am trying to highlight companies that deliver great service as well as those that treat their customers like dirt.

Great Customer Service

I signed up to an account due to an offer on MSE website, £50 added to account after 1 year. As I didn't get this is I used their secure messaging service (This is what the banks are dumping in favour of their useless AI Bots) Very quick response, £50 credited. To be fair the offer was oversubscribed & websites crashed so I don't think it was an attempt to cheat. I also like their investment strategy & expect to continue investing with them long term
