Great Customer Service

Too early to rate the products, but the service is excellent. The offer of Free delivery & 15% off over £100 doesn't show that, after the 15% off, delivery is still charged if final payment is less than £100. I complained, response within 5 minutes, problem solved. This is how customer service should be

I had a horrendous journey from Church…

I had a horrendous journey from Church Stretton to Hereford, a train of 2 cars, packed in like sardines, people left at stations unable to get in. Should have been 5 cars, would still have been full. Return journey was also crowded though not quite as much. Also 2 cars - this was a Bank Holiday weekend! This is third world stuff

They correctly paid my claim in full

They correctly paid my claim in full. Some insurers make dental claims very difficult (this was a tooth damaged in an accident). Yes it took a while but my vets were happy to wait for payment - I had only paid them my excess (which I only have to pay once a year).

Good jacket, bad sizing

I really liked the jacket but sadly the sizing is wrong, I picked XXL but it was too small. As a shell jacket, it should be roomy enough to go over shirts, jumpers etc. & still be loose fitting.
The refund process was excellent

Octopus Energy

Octopus, actually, that manage Coop Energy accounts. Really great online account, all details freely available & accessible which is rare in this market. Monthly actual bills as long as I supply meter reads (I can't have smart meter coz of solar panels / FITS) I just renewed fixed for another year, happy to pay a little more than the cheapest for this level of service after awful experiences of the other big players in the past.
