Convenient booking

The Trainline app is my ‘go to’ when looking for and booking train tickets.
It’s easy to use and if you have a railcard it too can be stored within the app. On the day of travel you have your tickets and railcard in one place and information on delays and alternate routes if you experience rail service issues

Good supplier of electrical goods.

The company was the only one, in the region I live, which had the Rangemaster cooker model on display.
The showroom ordered the cooker while I was in the shop and provided me with a realistic delivery date.
I was contacted within the delivery period to confirm my preferred date.
On the day of delivery I called for and was provided with an estimated arrival time.
The delivery team called me thirty minutes before arrival to make me aware. The cooker was delivered to my kitchen, they removed my old cooker and all packaging.
Faultless service overall.

Saving our Marriage

My wife and I contacted onlinecouplecounselling before divorcing. Sounds dramatic but that’s where we were, in our relationship. We had been together for over forty years and no longer enjoyed each other’s company and were having bitter rows with each blaming the other. Our counsellor Sian quickly identified areas where we were causing each other harm and gave pointers on how we could improve our communication and respect each other’s feelings. We are now in a better place in our marriage than we have ever been or can remember and know this is because of the guidance received from Sian. Needless to say we are extremely grateful for her services and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and her organisation to anyone seeking help of this nature.

What went wrong this time - everything

What went wrong this time?
Would take too long to explain so let's just say everything.
I completed the process for my wife who had received a hundred pound experience day super voucher. She found the process too complicated and lengthy to complete.
The first complaint I would have is the description of what she received because it wasn't a voucher, it was something that allowed her to initiate a process to eventually receive a voucher.
In the box was an activation number required to obtain a voucher number. The activation number is only valid with a receipt number. Both are input to obtain a voucher number. At each step you are required to put in your personal details, name, email, telephone number etc. When you finally navigate the process you receive a voucher via email which has a new activation number and a new voucher number. These are required to be input, along with your personal details yet again when booking your experience. I managed to complete the process and I'm now waiting for confirmation that one of my three experience dates is acceptable. My experience is a tapas meal for two at a restaurant chain which I could book myself in less than 5 minutes.
Avoid this company, the process is designed to make you give up.

Good red floor paint

Delivery was good and product was excellent covering my floor bricks in one coat. I’d have scored five but for the fumes off the paint which are severe. To be fair the information supplied does warn of this.

Great service and product

The products were recommended to me by a friend. The company were very helpful as regards to the amount of product I required for my job. The product was delivered within a couple of day. I ordered exterior primer and paint. I haven’t used the paint yet but the primer was extremely easy to apply and has provided an excellent coat over my line wash walls.

Replacement Resin

The engineer had been to my property previously to do a service so knew where everything was and didn’t need any assistance. He replaced the resin which was the reason for the visit and also changed two small parts he thought were wearing, these were changed as part of guarantee. The whole job was just over £200 including the resin and any parts which I think is great value. The engineer is knowledgeable and extremely courteous.

Service and MOT

Ben was the service representative who ensured all communication and organisation went without a hitch. Clearly the service team at the branch are aligned to provide a good customer experience. I left the store confident my car was in a safe reliable condition and I was also given a courtesy car clean.

Poor quality products and processes

I was searching online for American cowboy boots and found an image of exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately what I received was nothing like what I was expecting. As soon as I read the returns process I knew I had been scammed. I was to return the item to Asia not the seller and wait weeks for a credit. I decided to cut my losses and not lose further money on postage costs as I had lost trust in the seller. The company recognise that postage costs may make the process prohibitive and offer a percentage credit as an alternative.

The product replaced an old filter system I had in place. It is much smaller, cheaper and easy to replace. Once ordered the new filter was delivered quickly and proved easy to install due mainly to the supporting documentation
