Would take too long to explain so let's just say everything.
I completed the process for my wife who had received a hundred pound experience day super voucher. She found the process too complicated and lengthy to complete.
The first complaint I would have is the description of what she received because it wasn't a voucher, it was something that allowed her to initiate a process to eventually receive a voucher.
In the box was an activation number required to obtain a voucher number. The activation number is only valid with a receipt number. Both are input to obtain a voucher number. At each step you are required to put in your personal details, name, email, telephone number etc. When you finally navigate the process you receive a voucher via email which has a new activation number and a new voucher number. These are required to be input, along with your personal details yet again when booking your experience. I managed to complete the process and I'm now waiting for confirmation that one of my three experience dates is acceptable. My experience is a tapas meal for two at a restaurant chain which I could book myself in less than 5 minutes.
Avoid this company, the process is designed to make you give up.
