The driver found my location okay. Many drivers don't because the postcode cover a large area.
I was working in garden so parcel hand delivered

Grumpy grandad

The club is extremely beneficial to me in three key areas i) the certified locations allow me to stay at a site with a maximum of four other Motorhomes or Caravans. I don’t like large sites and noisy kids. I am a parent and grandfather but not when I’m touring. ii) Mayday recovery is great and is restricted to club members iii) motorhome insurance again restricted to club membership. There are countless other services offered by the club but these three keep me a happy member

I have been with Reeves since 2017 when I first asked them to review my pension options. Since that initial meeting I have been supported by a number of their staff and have found everyone to be pleasant as well as competent and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family alike.

Excellent and money saver

Our terrier developed stones in his bladder and had to be placed on a prescription diet. After paying our local vet prices I looked online and found Animed Direct. Delivery was quick and we were kept up to date with progress. Product was identical to that supplied by the vet but nearly half price! Needless to say I am impressed and will use them for all our dog’s requirements going forward.

Really impressed with the quality of the furniture, its solid and well fitting but nothing sticks, which has always been a bug bear of mine with wooden drawers. The delivery team were top notch as well, delivered to the upstairs bedroom not the drive

Well I seem to be joining a large club…

Well I seem to be joining a large club of unimpressed customers.
Their crap website forced me to call the helpline, the number of which is well hidden, in order to perform a simple action.
After a few minutes in the queue I was offered option of a callback which I took. Callback came in the evening some six or more hours later and after being put back in the queue I was disconnected after a further ten minutes. A shower of the brown stuff sums this mob up

4th March 2019 - on phone for 33 minutes and counting . Want to advise them about change of address, pity I couldn't change supplier too. I don't have latest bill so cannot set up online without speaking to these people or person, disappointed to say least.

Call answered after circa 40 minutes, was offered option of setting up online account or the agent doing it for me. I chose the online route with future contact in mind. Used account number passed to me by the agent but registration failed with unexpected error. Tried again but same error with option to call agent back. Gave up for another day.
