Poor quality products and processes

I was searching online for American cowboy boots and found an image of exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately what I received was nothing like what I was expecting. As soon as I read the returns process I knew I had been scammed. I was to return the item to Asia not the seller and wait weeks for a credit. I decided to cut my losses and not lose further money on postage costs as I had lost trust in the seller. The company recognise that postage costs may make the process prohibitive and offer a percentage credit as an alternative.
