Withheld $41 for 17 Months — No Replies, No Excuse

I’ve been a loyal PokerStars customer for over 20 years, and I’m appalled by how I’ve been treated.

I have been trying to withdraw just $41 since March 2024. I provided every document they requested, including a valid utility bill showing my name and address. I even re-sent my bank details in August 2025.

They claimed the document was "edited" without evidence and have now gone completely silent — ignoring my emails, my request for a “Final Decision” for IBAS.

PokerStars' refusal to release $41, after 17 months and full compliance, is not just unethical — it is cruel.

I have submitted a complaint to IBAS and will be escalating to the UK Gambling Commission.

This used to be a platform I trusted. After 20 years, it’s shocking that they would treat a long-time customer with such contempt.

Avoid them. Their systems are broken, and their support is unresponsive.

Harriet Hudson of Family Law Group…

Harriet Hudson of Family Law Group assisted my ex partner in committing perjury and perverting the course of justice. She also brought criminal allegations to the Family court and saw me subjected to a secret criminal trial ignoring the Human Rights Act.
She then conspired with the judge to prevent me from being granted parental responsibility.
Absolute criminals.
Steer clear of any solicitors when dealing with family matters.

Absolutely awful for fathers

Absolutely awful.
Louise Crawley of Cafcass Coventry assisted and guided my ex partner on how to make false claims against me, refused to give my daughter a chance to know her father based off my ex partner's proven lies.
Cafcass Coventry was central to this, placing my daughter in the hands of her suicidal, drug abusing mother who is prone to anger and had tried to poison her own mother.
I will be exposing them in criminal court.

Excellent so far!

Excellent so far!
My brother had a relapse and after searching for a method to cure his alcohol addiction I found the Sinclair Method UK.
TSM UK have been great.
After a week of detox my brother is now 5 days without alcohol and he was drinking a litre of spirits per day.
I shall update progress on here and hopefully it will be more talk of success.
Update 3 July 2023 - continued success. My brother is alcohol free and has been for months, he has now been working for months also (after not working for 13 months) and can finally plan a life for himself.
I couldn't give this program a higher recommendation!

Tide have today frozen access to my…

Tide have today frozen access to my business bank account with no reference to me and no notice.
It is impossible to speak with them and I cannot therefore resolve the matter.
I am now with the realisation that I have been working 12-14 hours a day plus travel for nothing as I cannot access my funds.
Avoid this bank like the plague!

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience.
After searching to renew my car insurance in January, GoCompare listed Debenhams Car Insurance top of the comparison listing.
I paid for and took out car insurance with Debenhams who then invented a reason to cancel the policy and are asking my for more money to pay for the privilege. I should have known not to deal with a troubled-business.
Check out Debenhams Car Insurance Trust pilot reviews - I wish I had.
Can't help but wonder if GoCompare aren't in on it. There must be some financial inducement to list Debenhams at the top of their results.

This company is awful

This company is awful, do not entrust then with your car insurance needs.
I now face a battle to recover monies they disingenuously took from me and then engineered a reason to cancel the policy. It all appeared to be deliberate attempt to obtain free money at my expense.

Highly Recommended for Effortless Payment Processing

I have used Liberty Pay with two businesses for a number of years now and I cannot recommend Liberty Pay highly enough.
Our day-to-day transactions operate smoothly without issue and receipts arrive in our bank accounts as expected.
Technical issues are virtually non-excellent and on the rare occasions that they arise are dealt with swiftly and communications are second-to-none.
