Tide have today frozen access to my…

Tide have today frozen access to my business bank account with no reference to me and no notice.
It is impossible to speak with them and I cannot therefore resolve the matter.
I am now with the realisation that I have been working 12-14 hours a day plus travel for nothing as I cannot access my funds.
Avoid this bank like the plague!
