Withheld $41 for 17 Months — No Replies, No Excuse
I’ve been a loyal PokerStars customer for over 20 years, and I’m appalled by how I’ve been treated.
I have been trying to withdraw just $41 since March 2024. I provided every document they requested, including a valid utility bill showing my name and address. I even re-sent my bank details in August 2025.
They claimed the document was "edited" without evidence and have now gone completely silent — ignoring my emails, my request for a “Final Decision” for IBAS.
PokerStars' refusal to release $41, after 17 months and full compliance, is not just unethical — it is cruel.
I have submitted a complaint to IBAS and will be escalating to the UK Gambling Commission.
This used to be a platform I trusted. After 20 years, it’s shocking that they would treat a long-time customer with such contempt.
Avoid them. Their systems are broken, and their support is unresponsive.
