I’ve always liked the quality and style of the women’s shirts. Sadly the customer service agent I had the misfortune of speaking to yesterday ruined my shopping experience. She was self important and just spoke over me. All I wanted was help with an exchange. Had to call and speak to her twice - both times she was barely polite. Please hire people who actually want to do a good job and not just tick a box.

Update from my previous comment where there was zero consequences for the courier that told me to F** off because I asked him to bring the parcel to the door instead of dumping it in the garden. DPD responded to my comment in order to appear as if they were concerned about their customers … and surprise surprise never followed up. The courier still delivers to me despite my complaint and is as cocky as ever. Disgusting company and have zero regard for their customers welfare as I am a female on the ground floor feeling intimated by your member of staff and you have take no action against him. AVOID WHEN YOU CAN

I was hesitant to order, based on the awful reviews. So I placed a (free) call to their customer service first. They were quick to answer and very pleasant on the phone. They explained that they had some problems with returns from the UK at first, and have since changed the system and the courier (DHL) and now everything works as it should. I placed my first order, it was quick to arrive, absolutely beautiful loafers and excellent quality so I am ordering again. They are a little more expensive but that shows in the quality of the products. I have since had to call them again to arrange a return and had no problems whatsoever. Im very glad I took the time to find out for myself. Would definitely recommend.

Laughable that they have any decent reviews here, must be bots or family members because this company is diabolical! Just take a look at the Facebook Hermes complaints page if you want evidence. "Lost" 2 of my parcels, send you lip service replies to your emails that they then never bother to follow up, especially if you ask for a refund! And they hide their phone number so getting any customer service is virtually impossible. Just a constant fight for any kind of service other than a bot called Holly and standard automated emails. Appalled and disgusted. If you ever want to see your parcels delivered, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Arrived within the time frame and the driver was kind enough to move the item nearer to the door for me when requested.

Did my research and read the reviews here before using Aosom to purchase a massage table.
The online store offered a 5% discount on my first order and it was already reasonably priced. It arrived 3 days later and really happy with packing and delivery - the table was also very good quality for the price.
The only negative was the carry bag as it wasn't of the same quality, quite thin and not very durable.
So I made a call to customer service and spoke to the lovely Lewis, who offered me a further discount from the price as they didn't sell carry bags seperately and he wanted to assure I was a satisfied customer.
AND I AM ;)
Happy to recommend as for me good oustomer service is Everything!
